During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. JES, although pricier than the other two contractors (we received three separate estimates), encapsulated our crawl and added additional drainage. It’s like a whole new space under the house. I tend to believe most homeowners don’t understand the hard work that goes on underneath their floors…as a dude that had crawled underneath his house on many occasions, I can tell you that it isn’t easy work due to the various conditions and restrictions. There were a couple communication issues during install, but their team were polite and professional. The finished job looks great. Marley was super patient with my 1,000 questions and concerns, and Chad was knowledgeable and super responsive…he won’t keep a customer hanging.

Damon T came up with a convincing sales pitch, and we were impressed by the thoroughness of the plan. We ended up declining one small portion of Damon's original plan – after consultation with Tash and his team during the installation process. The company took the full price off our bill. The crew of Tash, Justin, Maurice, and Drew were highly professional in their 2-day stint at our house waterproofing the basement. Very pleased with how they answered our questions. The team had a disagreement with another part of the original sales plan, but their plan ended with a much better solution for our basement. The original plan had the bottom of our carpeted stairs to be torn up, but crew leader Tash had a much less destructive action plan. We are very impressed by the way they tunneled the drains from room to room with little or no extra destruction. The team also worked very hard both days, taking very few breaks and maximizing their time here.Our only suggestion would be for the original salesperson to have either face to face or telephone discussion with the work team leader prior to the team coming out. What is projected on paper may not always be the easiest plan to carry out. Tash made many good points that led to a better final product from our perspective.All in all, we were pleased with this company's product, from Damon's sales pitch to Tash's team's installation. Great guys all, friendly, professional, and very polite! Thanks for a great experience!

What a wonderful crew they sent Marty and a younger guy worked for 3 hours in the heat pumping foam nonstop. I dont know what kind of void was under there but they had to come back on another day. The second time worked they filled in some cracks to the slab being lifted which is normal. I feel bad I didnt get the young guys name but I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done right.

I had forman Charles and installers Hunter, Ricco, and Rock come out and encapsulate my crawl space today. The guys were prompt, professional, and very polite! I highly recommend their work (they need a drone to help with photos in tight crawlspaces like mine lol). This is a huge expensive project, but a heck of an investment. Dont hire your cousin to do this job (the previous owner of my house did this, my floors sag and i had mold on my joists), hire professionals, I highly recommend the JES crew. I will tell all my friends to go with JES if they have foundation issues. 10 out of 10! Thanks again guys!!!

JES did an excellent job on our crawl space. We had water accumulating around the whole perimeter of the crawl space. We had also had a toilet leak causing black mold, which had been professionally cleaned up, but we wanted fresh insulation. The JES team arrived on schedule and worked diligently to remove the insulation above and the flimsy plastic that covered the earthen floor of the crawl space. They then laid rubber matting and white membrane over the dirt and put thick styrofoam on the walls. They dug a trench around the perimeter and installed 2 sump pumps and 2 humidifiers to deal with future water. Meanwhile a separate team arrived to put foam under our patio to stop it from sliding away from the house. Everyone called before they arrived and each member of this large team was always professional and answered all questions thoroughly. They cleaned up well each day which I thoroughly appreciate. I highly recommend this team of hard workers.

So I contacted JES to get a quote on crawlspace encapsulation. We were then contacted by Joseph McCullough. We made an appointment to schedule an inspection. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We did finally decide on the job, but unfortunately were unable to go through with the home improvement at this time. I do however recommend him if you are thinking of any type of foundation repairs.

JES has completed two separate jobs on my home. Recently, we had them encapsulate our crawl space due to excessive moisture and a budding mold problem. Rudy González expertly conducted an in depth inspection of the area and showed us all the existing and potential issues. He quickly arranged for a quick response team to do our job while the weather was dry. Osman, Alejandro and Roverto worked extremely hard to complete this project in one day. We now have an encapsulated crawl space that can now serve as additional storage. it is super dry and has a humidifier installed to maintain a dry environment. These guys work hard and our very easy to work with. Please note that "encapsulation" is a real "dirty job" but these guys are true professionals.

Paul came to my home to provide an estimate on insulation replacement. He called to inform me he was ahead of schedule and to get permission to arrive a little earlier. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and upfront. He provided a full inspection of my crawl space with a video showing exactly where the issues were with my insulation and mold. I felt he was very thorough and honest in his findings and I appreciate that even though the estimate was free, he did not try to force me to make an immediate purchase commitment.

This is the second time I’ve had JES do work in my crawl and the second time I am very pleased, particularly with the integrity of my project manager, Michael. The second project resulted in a unique situation that needed some alterations. I had concerns about how we would move forward and what the finished product would be. Michael and his second set of hands, Michael, came out, and completed the work in a manner that I have come to expect from JES. Michael represented JES with honesty, integrity, took ownership, and I believe a sincere example of a man of his word. I am grateful to have worked with him and grateful that the other Michael was willing partner.

Had an excellent experience from JES! During the process of investigating a smell in our house, the encapsulation that was previously installed by JES was destroyed by an outside plumbing service. We made an appointment, but with the situation surrounding this damage needing to get expedited, Chris Barefoot got involved, investigated the encapsulation damage, and completed it two days ahead of time. On top of that, he waived the service fee which saved us $200! Our encapsulation looks as great as it did before. I really appreciate Chris and the JES team!

This company is one of one. Beginning with Paul who came out and discussed all of the things that this company was capable of doing with the concrete slab in our backyard as well as drainage. On Monday morning, July 13th, Rob, the Foreman, Nick the assistant foreman, and De’Sean proceeded efficiently and carefully to do all the work that we agreed to in the contract. They were precise in the work. The job was professionally completed. And the way in which the team conversed with me as the owner of the home was again incredibly professional. JES was a great experience: Original contact Josh was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained the process and realistic expectations. Set repair date less than a week away. Installers called to notify of arrival time. CJ and Truman were on time, very polite and personable. Explained what they were going to do to be sure we were in agreement and how they were going to do it and discussed expected result. They were very proficient at the process. Repair was complicated covered entryway but outcome was excellent. CJ and Truman very competent and pleasant. Work site was clean and neat on departure. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with what I thought was an awful leak behind my vanity. I called on Friday LATE afternoon, and the sweet receptionist Jorden was very empathetic and was able to get me seen within a day. Lee was AMAZING. He knew everything and was able to recreate the noises I heard and reassure this busy mom here that does nothing but worry that we didn't have an issue. He went into details over and over for me, and was so patient and so nice. I will never hire another company other than these guys. They gave me not only my peace of mind back, but they're the real deal, and very down to Earth. Incredible service!!!!
