I recently understood what the cracks in the walls meant. *sigh* I did some research and contacted JES Foundation. I got an immediate response and inspection date. The team sent Michael Kim to assess my issue. Now, finding out that your house is shifting is not good news. Why? Cost? Fear? Is my house going to sink? However, Mike (Michael Kim of the Manassas office in VA) (hope he doesn't mind if I call him Mike) was very good at keeping me calm. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I appreciate his dedication to his clients and his attention to detail and overall professionalism. I appreciate everything that has happened up to this date. I suspect I will be happy with the overall service. Greatly appreciated.

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

The crew foreman, Rod, kept me informed of their arrival time. Upon arrival we covered the installation details and everything was laid out as planned. He and his crew (Keenan and Shaq) were very courteous. The work was executed very timely and the workmanship exceeded my expectations! Would certainly recommend this hard working crew!

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

Celeste from JES went above and beyond. After having plumbers here multiple times, no one got to the root of our problem until Celeste got here and spent a great deal of time crawling under our house to find the problem. It’s been years that we’ve been trying to figure out why our basement is wet, and no one else could figure it out. I am so grateful for Celeste and JES. They are truly committed to finding solutions. Awesome crew! Paul Watkins, Yasser Garcia and Thomas Jackson came to my home to waterproof my crawlspace and install a sump pump. The process was explained in detail and was completed on time. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!

We had an enlightening experience from technician Johnnie Geronimo today. Through his thorough investigation, we were able to get answers to our questions and we signed up for the bulk project to get started right away. I would highly suggest Johnnie to anyone that needs help with complicated floor structural issues. This is an older 1960's home and past repairs were insufficient to todays standards. We are excited now to have the structural repairs addressed so that we can install the hardwood after JES has completed their project. Thank you again Johnnie. You are excellent at what you do! JES should be proud to have you represent their company!
