We needed a replacement barrier for our crawlspace entrance. While other companies deemed our job too small for them, JES provided a timely and professional service for our home. They also followed up on their work by checking back with us a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. I'd especially like to thank Chaun and his crew for their exceptional work. A clear master of his trade, Chaun ensured our concerns were met beyond expectations. His professionalism was matched by his crew's quality workmanship, and it was clear that he excelled in the role of both leader and mentor by coaching his teammates throughout the project. We would absolutely go with JES for any additional work on our property; 10/10 would recommend.

Omar was the JES representative who did our basement evaluation. He arrived exactly at the appointment time which I appreciated. He was thorough in his assessment of what was needed to resolve our humidity issues and gave us several options to remedy the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the benefits of each option. I recommend speaking with Omar if you have a choice.

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. Celeste from JES went above and beyond. After having plumbers here multiple times, no one got to the root of our problem until Celeste got here and spent a great deal of time crawling under our house to find the problem. It’s been years that we’ve been trying to figure out why our basement is wet, and no one else could figure it out. I am so grateful for Celeste and JES. They are truly committed to finding solutions. I cannot say enough – absolutely excellent!!!

Danny came out with Brian, dug up the old qwest piping and replaced it extremely fast.Danny and Brian were awesome, fantastic customer service, and extremely knowledgable. Blake Snidow came over to inspect our crawlspace and boy he did an outstanding job. First- he was on-time, courteous, caring of our property, and friendly. Second- Blake was a true professional, explained what he was going to do, asked along the way, if we had questions. The crew (Osman Oohoq, Abner Gonzalez, Maynor Rubio, Alexandro Vazquez and Cristopher Gonsalez) that worked at my Alps Drive address did an excellent job. They were very polite and respectful. I received an update at the end of each day from the crew leader. They finished ahead of time and everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend JES.
