My two year dehumidifier was leaking a lot of water. I called JES and the service tech (Aric Banks) did an excellent job of fixing the problem. He leveled the pump, cleaned the filter and drain tube and moved the pump to a new location so that the water from the pump would drain more efficiently.

He was thorough in his assessment of what was needed to resolve our humidity issues and gave us several options to remedy the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the benefits of each option. I recommend speaking with Omar if you have a choice.
