Instead, he gave us an honest appraisal and told us our home was level and we didn't need to do anything. JES encapsulated my crawl space (including a dehumidifier) and waterproofed one side of my house's foundation. The crew: Daniel Yacila, Alexander Falcon, and Pedro Llontop did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, accommodating, thorough, and very friendly. The quality of their work was excellent. I would be happy to do business with this crew in the future. JES also elevated my front porch and sidewalk and that crew exhibited the same attributes.

We are in the 19 month of an expected 3 month addition build and kitchen remodel. During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

The JES Team was fantastic! They accomplished encapsulation of 2 crawl spaces and installed a sump pump in the basement. Brian S.managed a great crew with Gio O.and David B. And added Cameron and Truman for a couple days. Brian showed me and explained what they accomplished each step of the way! They worked meticulously and cleaned up each day! They were informative, trustworthy, careful, and very pleasant to deal with! Jerry W, the electrician was great, too! We were very pleased to have JES accomplish this priority job for our home.

I was extremely pleased with the work that the men from JES foundation did. We had water seeping into our basement and they came and installed a french drain and also did some work with our gutters to extend them far out. Abdul W. found a root from a bush that was pushing against the wall and cut it off so it would not be an issue. He was very informative and educated me as the work was being done and pointed out problem areas they were going to fix along the way. The other men, Nilhon R. and Walter F. The men did a great job overall and cleaned up all of the mess afterward and I would highly recommend them.
