Additionally, he gave us suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He gave us his personal contact information for any future concerns and if needed, assist us with a letter of clearance. JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

So I contacted JES to get a quote on crawlspace encapsulation. We were then contacted by Joseph McCullough. We made an appointment to schedule an inspection. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We did finally decide on the job, but unfortunately were unable to go through with the home improvement at this time. I do however recommend him if you are thinking of any type of foundation repairs.

We just moved into our new home and needed some foundation repairs to be done. JES foundation had done some work on the house previously but after the foundation inspection it turned out that the house needed additional work on the other side. The lead foundation inspector Rob Tennyson was very honest and clear and worked with us on a comprehensive plan for the foundation work. Once it was time to start doing the work Rob took personal time to come a day before the project to clear out the vegetation that was going to be in the way of the repairs and hauled everything on his personal truck. Top notch customer care. The next day the crew supervised by Rudy Gonzales and lead by Jose Lopez were very professional, punctual, clean and fast. Once the holes had been dug, they found out that our gas line ran too close to the house and could cause danger if they were to proceed any further. Rudy informed me and suggested that we go through our finished basement to complete the installation of the piers. The crew took care of everything and within 3 days all the work had been completed and the entire team (Victorino Joya, Ernosto Castillo, Daniel Yacilo, and Jose Rafael 6) was out of the house. Rudy went out of his way to make sure that there would be no damage to the interior or exterior of my house. Again, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended company!

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H
