The crew foreman, Rod, kept me informed of their arrival time. Upon arrival we covered the installation details and everything was laid out as planned. He and his crew (Keenan and Shaq) were very courteous. The work was executed very timely and the workmanship exceeded my expectations! Would certainly recommend this hard working crew!

I found myself in the unfortunate situation to have a wall in my basement stabilized as it was gradually falling in. I had many options but chose JES Foundation Repair. What a fantastic choice! I received a phone call and a text message from the job foreman Joel Grade about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to start the work. Joel and his crew, to include Bryen Hailey and Karon Sherman arrived and were extremely professional from the jump. They explained the scope of the work, and made a conscious choice to minimize any impact to the rest of the house as they completed the job. The job took two days to complete and the guys walked me thru what was completed on each day, and were sure to make sure I had no concerns. We were very impressed with JES. We were able to track when they were coming. Luis and his crew were nice and mannerable. They let us know every step that they were doing in order to secure under the house. They cleaned up behind themselves. And at the end of each day they let is know whay was completed and what needed to be completed.

Abdul was very responsive and professional from the start. He arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I never felt pressured into making a purchase — instead, I felt like he genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to provide the best solution for my situation. He took his time answering all of my questions and explaining each recommendation thoroughly. I was initially skeptical about one of the suggested services, but after speaking with him and hearing his knowledge and expertise, I’m confident moving forward. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, but I’ll definitely be recommending Abdul to anyone I know.

Blake Snidow was excellent. I would have gave him 10/10 stars if I could. He started our inspection today, on time, & called when on his way. Which around where we live, it’s hard to even get a contractor out to our house. Besides being on time, Blake was efficient and professional the entire time. Making everything easy for us to understand and giving us options on what to do and why. For 2 old people we definitely appreciate Blake’s patience and true passion for working. He’s a great representation of JES & Groundworks.
