Hired JES to stabilize our sinking foundation after a very positive site survey with field engineer Skylar Wilson. He explained the repair process and guarantee very well and worked with us to develop a logical repair plan. Once the job was scheduled and that date arrived, the install crew of Jaime Castillo, Joel Larios, and Cesar Zafra came and immediately went to work. They were very organized and performed in a very efficient manner. They were patient and provided excellent feedback for my questions of this fascinating process. They maintained a very clean and neat working environment. Skylar: thanks for giving us a great customer experience. Jaime, Joel, Cesar: ¡Eres increíble! ¡Buen trabajo!

I was extremely pleased with the work that the men from JES foundation did. We had water seeping into our basement and they came and installed a french drain and also did some work with our gutters to extend them far out. Abdul W. found a root from a bush that was pushing against the wall and cut it off so it would not be an issue. He was very informative and educated me as the work was being done and pointed out problem areas they were going to fix along the way. The other men, Nilhon R. and Walter F. The men did a great job overall and cleaned up all of the mess afterward and I would highly recommend them.

Was able to come in address and fix the problem in under 30 mins. Only complaint is that he didn’t cover his shoes and did put anything down to walk on so there was dirt all over when he left.

We just had JES do a pier lifting foundation repair. Our crew was Kaylen Ridley, Forman; Shane Campbell, Co-Forman; and Larry, Jr, installer. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered all of our questions and cleaned up the entire site completely. Thanks also to Justin Walton our Project Manager. Jeanne was very thorough during the initial viewing of our property. She then returned and met with my wife and I and was very gracious in explaining the details of what JES was proposing to do to repair our chimney that was pulling away from the side of the house. Jeanne was very professional in every aspect of her explaining, answering questions, and providing relief to my stressed out wife as we had been given an estimate by a brick Mason that was much more expensive than what Jeanne had proposed to us. All in all Jeanne is a true professional and leaves no details out of the proposal and the repair. Thanks for a wonderful experience Jeanne and JES foundation repair.
