Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

This five star review is for Ethan Mooney, the JES repair person who recently helped us with our JES project. Over 6 months after having JES complete installing a liner, dehumidifier and pump under our family room addition, we still noticed water. The service repair person, Ethan Mooney, recently came and found that the pump was never plugged in! Ethan was professional and not only fixed that easy problem but installed new equipment and inspected the liner. He was wonderful.

I just received a visit from Inspector Andre Williams. I was happy to receive a text message to confirm the arrival time. I also received an arrival text. This heads up allowed me the opportunity to move my feisty dog to another room. Andre's visit was due to a request I put in for a warning signal that has been repeating for the last week. Andre explained the reason for the signal, and immediately resolved the problem. That definitely put me at ease. Thank you so much Andre. The signal was driving me crazy, but now I feel sanity returning. Wonderful!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Gamse today and he did an excellent job of not only educating us in regards to the work his company does but also assisting us in the best process to get what we needed done to our home. This company is 110% top notch. I highly recommend them. They got here in a short amount of time and fixed a clog in my main line. They were over $700.00 cheaper than one other “local” company I called to come out to one of my rental properties. John Lewis was not only a few hours earlier than anticipated (we were called ahead of time asking first if I was ok with him coming early, he didn’t just show up). He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They offer a membership program that he also explained to me that I will be joining. We had a lovely free inspection with Chris Routten today. He was scheduled for 90 minutes to diagnose an issue with water leaking in our basement and we ended up taking 3 hours of his time! He was so thorough, finding some additional weak spots for us. He provided a solution to our current issue, as well as options we were interested to hear regarding some longer term fixes. The most relieving part is he was not super “salesy” – so I felt I could make the right decision for work to do now versus later. Highly recommend.

Luis, Eduardo and Jose C were the on-site crew and were nothing short of amazing. When unknow issues were found they were quick to talk to those in your office and provide multiple solution choices. Luis and his crew were prompt in their arrivals, wonderfully polite, task driven, detail oriented, always had time for our questions and concerns, very hard workers, efficient in their use of time and left the job site as tidy as possible each day. I am very pleased with the service that I received from A1 Plumbing’s service technician “Lee”. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a leak in my kitchen that was ruining several of the vinyl laminate floor planks. I needed to know where this leak was coming from. I had just replaced my refrigerator and dishwasher and had them professionally installed. He traced my water lines and found a slow leak in one of the water lines leading to an old kitchen heater. He explained to me what he could do to fix the problem and we scheduled a time for him to make the repairs. Repairs have been done and no more leak. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing.
