First and foremost, I NEVER write reviews; however, I found it necessary in this case because the two young men who came to perform the work were true professionals. Foreman Michael Kuffour and Co-foreman Alan Brown arrived on time! They professionally introduced themselves. I felt immediately at ease because once I directed them to the area that needed repair, they quickly communicated operation issues and recommended changes so that the work to be performed was accurately understood in layperson's terms. They utilized precision measuring instruments and fixtures to measure the dimensions of finished work pieces: downspouts and sump pump operations. They were extremely conscientious and ensured that work complied with all relevant codes, standards, and job specifications. They followed procedures to maintain the work environment neat and orderly. Mike, the Project Supervisor, arrived. Mike was knowledgeable and provided information on further work and any materials and equipment needed. He communicated ways to gain efficiencies and more effective installation methods in collaboration with us (the customer), which I greatly appreciated so that we could meet the goals and work towards a final resolution to our water problem. He inspected the Encapsulation work under the crawl space also. Once the meeting was over, I felt secure that the remainder of the result would be proficiently performed and up to code. I recommend JES to anyone, for they provide A-1 work. The guys that they sent were tens (10) in every sense. For this, I give them five stars ***** . Thank You

My entire experience with JES has left me completely satisfied. My project was a two day job scheduled by the Inspecter Ryan at the time of his initial visit and the signing of the contract. The foreman, Gregory Shock showed up on time on the days scheduled, April 21st and 22nd, 2025. His attention to detail was incredible and his willingness to answer questions and explain all of the process was so much more than I could have expected. Both during the project and upon completion, he showed himself to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and able to go above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work he performed. His clean-up was thorough. making sure that anything that he disturbed was left as he had found it originally. he even took the time to answer questions before he left related to the warranty on the work that he had performed. My Wife and I met Howard Glancy in May 0f 2024. We had inquired about JES doing Foundation Repair work on our home. He spent 4 hours talking and showing us the work which would need to be done. He was so thorough with his presentation and proposal that we knew JES Foundation Repair was the RIGHT organization for us. The foundation repair work commenced on October 21, 2024. The Foreman (Jaime still and his Team (Angel Molina and Erick Morales) were very efficient and professional. ?The Best? is not strong enough to describe them. The completed the work October 22, 2024. They were SUPERB! I highly recommend their services to any homeowner in need of foundation repair!

Chad Bishop, the JES Field Inspector, was on-time, friendly, a true expert who took the time to educate me on all aspects of my concrete issues and potential fixes. He too was a pleasure to meet and to deal with on my challenges. Highly recommend JES to others!

Josh Clarke came out to provide us with a quote for poly fill, and he was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what options were available. What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. It’s clear that he cares about helping homeowners make informed decisions rather than simply making a sale. We really appreciated Josh’s honesty, professionalism, and the time he spent.

On June 20th I met an inspector named Michael Riskin who came to my house to complete a foundation inspection. The initial problem was my step was cracked and falling apart. I was afraid to walk upstairs. After the the inspection was done I informed his company could not complete the repairs but he didn’t just say I am done we can’t do the repairs. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me a solution with another company. I felt so comfortable and confident about moving forward with my next step with the help from Micheal. That’s not it he also gave me some advice about safe and fixing my steps on my deck in which this was not part of his job. He did not know I had no idea how to go about fixing or get started with anything repairing of those stairs. He took the out of his schedule to text me the size and kind of nails to get and how far to go so I would not cause any more problems. Michael think you for being a caring person to a stranger who need help in more ways the knew. Thank you so kindly.
