First and foremost, I NEVER write reviews; however, I found it necessary in this case because the two young men who came to perform the work were true professionals. Foreman Michael Kuffour and Co-foreman Alan Brown arrived on time! They professionally introduced themselves. I felt immediately at ease because once I directed them to the area that needed repair, they quickly communicated operation issues and recommended changes so that the work to be performed was accurately understood in layperson's terms. They utilized precision measuring instruments and fixtures to measure the dimensions of finished work pieces: downspouts and sump pump operations. They were extremely conscientious and ensured that work complied with all relevant codes, standards, and job specifications. They followed procedures to maintain the work environment neat and orderly. Mike, the Project Supervisor, arrived. Mike was knowledgeable and provided information on further work and any materials and equipment needed. He communicated ways to gain efficiencies and more effective installation methods in collaboration with us (the customer), which I greatly appreciated so that we could meet the goals and work towards a final resolution to our water problem. He inspected the Encapsulation work under the crawl space also. Once the meeting was over, I felt secure that the remainder of the result would be proficiently performed and up to code. I recommend JES to anyone, for they provide A-1 work. The guys that they sent were tens (10) in every sense. For this, I give them five stars ***** . Thank You

Our foundation repair work was completed more quickly than expected. Rafael Garcia Lopez, Luis Rivera, and Luis David Palma did an excellent job cleaning after the job. Supervisor, Moises Paz, sent photos and updates throughout the process so we knew what was happening outside. We had a hard time finding a company to do this work and would definitely recommend them.

I want to especially acknowledge the team who performed most of the work on a daily basis: Jose Lopez, Daniel Yacila, and Jesus Baires. These three gentlemen knew the work. We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. JES did an amazing job on our concrete driveway going into our garage. The driveway had settled in was several inches below the garage, making it very difficult to get into the garage. JES gave us a reasonable estimate and sent Austin to do the repairs. He did an amazing job. Our driveway looks great and now it is not a chore to get into the garage anymore and the driveway looks so much better than it did before JES did the repairs. Austin was excellent in his customer service as he explained the entire process and even allowed me to watch as the amazing process took place. He answered all my questions and made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing. I would use JES for my repairs again and I would encourage anybody that has foundation and driveway repair needing done to use JES. And if you can get Austin to be your repairman, then that is even better!
