This house is 114 yrs old & needs proper work done. Too many have come in and done sloppy get by work through the yrs my grandma bought it 1974. What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! Knocked it out in 2 days and kept the entire work area nice and clean! They walked through the completed work and were very efficient and professional. This review is solely for the estimator that came to my home, Michael. He was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and kind. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and showed me photos of past projects. He followed up in a timely manner as I was going through several estimates and shared their price matching and other estimate details. In the end, I went with another company but his professionalism and thoughtfulness are a strong and bright reflection of JES and how they treat their employees and how their employees care about their company!
