I called JES to look at my basement to make sure i didn’t have any water coming in our laundry room and crawl space, the technicians name was Chad Anderson and he was the best. He took his time and really explained everything he was doing and gave me options. Eventhough we decided not to use JES at this time, if i ever need help i will definitely use them because of Chad.

He was thorough in his assessment of what was needed to resolve our humidity issues and gave us several options to remedy the problem. We had our seasonal inspection done by JES today. Andre McDuffie was my service technician and he was excellent! He identified the concerns we had and did his best to correct. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager.
