Codi Martin was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me. He gave good information, answered questions and educated me on the process/materials. This house is 114 yrs old & needs proper work done. Too many have come in and done sloppy get by work through the yrs my grandma bought it 1974. I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

My scheduled appointment with Cameron ******** from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I've noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the company's ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, won't be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). The process of measuring, analyzing, and making adjustments went smooth and quick. Cameron then sat back down with me to discuss his assessment of things and what was done. The appointment from the AFS company that is located out of Mobile, AL. was for my yearly inspection. This was the second interaction with AFS and each time, I have been very impressed and pleased. AFS does not disappoint and relying on them to correctly do the work on one of the most important jobs on a home, is why I love this company! This company is my "go to" for life, and so should it be for all that need this type of work done! Again, a big shout out to Cameron ******** for a job well done! Thank you!

Alexis, Osman, and Alejandro were courteous and professional during the five days I observed them onsite. Our house needed a wall support system installed and a clogged french drain replaced and we are completely satisfied with their work, however, the true test will be when the Spring and Summer rains hit. The original french drain used to run like a river during the wet season but then last year it stopped draining water. Then the water started coming through the wall. We're looking forward to the french drain sump working again this year and no "crying" walls. I'd add some photos of the beautiful work they did but Google has restrictions for upload source – shame on them. Just one of MANY reasons I'm not a google fan.

Excellent! The Team arrived in a timely manner. Shared with me the process they would use to complete the work assignment. Mike Baines, Joel Grade and Austin Brown very professional in their approach and answering questions. Execution of skills to perform the work was seamless. Cleaned up the areas of debris and left the work areas tidy. Also Joe York was expeditious in getting this accomplished. He was thorough in survey of property, very helpful with suggestions and the catalyst to having an excellent experience. I would use JES again and recommend company to family and friends.

I had forman Charles and installers Hunter, Ricco, and Rock come out and encapsulate my crawl space today. The guys were prompt, professional, and very polite! I highly recommend their work (they need a drone to help with photos in tight crawlspaces like mine lol). This is a huge expensive project, but a heck of an investment. Dont hire your cousin to do this job (the previous owner of my house did this, my floors sag and i had mold on my joists), hire professionals, I highly recommend the JES crew. I will tell all my friends to go with JES if they have foundation issues. 10 out of 10! Thanks again guys!!!
