I just wanted to send out a great review for Patrick and Jordan! They deserve 1000 stars ⭐️ They did a great job fixing my cracked water heater. They listen to all my concerns and my problems to help give resolution to this major problem. I especially wanted to say thank you to Jordan for all his customer service and kind words as he helped us through every part of our problem to the solution. I think the most amazing part is his great knowledge and his way to explain how things are going to happen and move forward to completion. As a first time homebuyer, these situations can be very scary. I definitely will recommend A1sewer and drain They have great technicians!

I contracted with JES to have my Foundation repaired a Sump Pump and a full basement Dehumidifier installed. The onsite foreman Mr. Jaime Castillo was timely with keeping to the set work schedule JES provided. The work crew, Mr. Noel Larios, Mr. Erik Morales and Mr. Antonio Canales show strong work ethic in preforming their duties. Mr. Castillo explained each step of the job in layman’s terms as they worked. I myself have the habit of asking the same questions repeatedly and the foreman Mr. Castillo would take his time and re-explain the task as they worked. Mr. Canales was also knowledgeable with helping me understand the Sump Pump drainage process.The clean up was excellent paying attention to every detail.

Codi Martin was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me. He gave good information, answered questions and educated me on the process/materials. This house is 114 yrs old & needs proper work done. Too many have come in and done sloppy get by work through the yrs my grandma bought it 1974. JES did an amazing job on our concrete driveway going into our garage. The driveway had settled in was several inches below the garage, making it very difficult to get into the garage. JES gave us a reasonable estimate and sent Austin to do the repairs. He did an amazing job. Our driveway looks great and now it is not a chore to get into the garage anymore and the driveway looks so much better than it did before JES did the repairs. Austin was excellent in his customer service as he explained the entire process and even allowed me to watch as the amazing process took place. He answered all my questions and made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing. I would use JES for my repairs again and I would encourage anybody that has foundation and driveway repair needing done to use JES. And if you can get Austin to be your repairman, then that is even better!

We had some concerns with some spots in the basement (water spots, white spots) and called JES for a free estimate/inspection. Eric Oliver came and was fantastic. JES sent Marcelo Flores to do the initial inspection and he helped me understand everything I needed to do to make the solution successful. Marcelo even responded to text messages when I had questions later. The installation was done only a few weeks later by Quintin Holthaus, Damien Files, Dante McKenzie, and Eric Townes. These gentlemen discovered that my footer was an unexpected size and they went above and beyond to adapt to this. They were also very positive and polite at all times. They worked well together as a team. I am very impressed with JES and highly recommend them to anyone!

Joe A. and his team crushed our crawlspace encapsulation. They came out the start day and walked the job site with me and put my mind at ease. Joe worked late the first day to make sure the job got done but had to return to install a pump to the dehumidifier. They did it this morning which took them no time. I would recommend JES and Joe’s team to anyone in need of waterproofing or encapsulation.
