Additionally, he gave us suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He gave us his personal contact information for any future concerns and if needed, assist us with a letter of clearance. After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

They've earned my trust and will be the first company I call if I ever need their services again, but not on my current property because they did such a great job they won't ever have to come back! After considering a number of contractors for our foundation repair, we chose JES. The team included a number of qualified folks, and the onsite team of Jose Rodriquez, Victor Croz, and Nicolas Levano did a great job for the 2 day project. They were prompt, answered questions, and installed 16 steel brackets to reinforce our basement walls. Time will tell, and the job should result in stabilizing the foundation for a very long time. The company obviously has depth, and solid resources to call on when needed. Many thanks to the entire team including those I contracted with, spoke to on the phone, and quizzed on a number of topics for the job. John F.

JES crew of Andrew, Cody and Al arrived around fifteen minutes after a heads-up call from Andrew. Andrew explained the process of leveling the concrete slabs around my pool, and they got after it! These guys worked as a team and accomplished the job in a timely manner. The guys were very professional and volunteered information as they worked. I would definitely call JES for other similar jobs.

Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.

Jeronmy and Willie we're outstanding! Jeronmy, as the lead technician, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and they worked very well together as a team. I had a simple preventive maintenance procedure to have my water heater flushed, but with their amazing customer service, extensive knowledge base and delightful personalities, I think I will request them for any future Plumbing work I may require. I have had A1 provide service for a few issues now and they truly live up to their name, I have yet to have a bad experience.
