Mr.Aric Banks Was very courteous, approachable, and professional throughout his entire visit. He kept us updated on his arrival time, which was later than expected because of delays at previous appointments. We expressed some concerns regarding some changes And past issues in The basement of our 200+ year-old house. He respectfully acknowledged our concerns and relayed them to the office during the visit. We hope to continue to have Aric return as needed for future inspections.

We had our seasonal inspection done by JES today. Andre McDuffie was my service technician and he was excellent! He identified the concerns we had and did his best to correct. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager. Andre is a true credit & and strong asset to JES.

Just had JES out for some maintenance and annual inspection. Technician that came out, Justin rocks. He was so knowledgeable about what he was doing and what was going on with my home, and overall good guy. He also performed some small maintenance while he was here as well. He was very respectful courteous and just made me feel comfortable about this whole ordeal. Just wanna say if you guys run across him you will be satisfied with the services he’s provided. The best part of getting his quote was his personality and genuine friendliness. I hope the company realizes what a gem they have in this estimator. I called JES to look at my basement to make sure i didn’t have any water coming in our laundry room and crawl space, the technicians name was Chad Anderson and he was the best. He took his time and really explained everything he was doing and gave me options. Eventhough we decided not to use JES at this time, if i ever need help i will definitely use them because of Chad.
