We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).

Andre McDuffie is awesome! I thought I might need a new sump pump because I thought the one I had wasn’t working. Andre went into my crawl space and checked both sump pumps and found that they were both working! I would highly recommend him and will request that he come out if I have any trouble in the future.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!

He explained the repair process and guarantee very well and worked with us to develop a logical repair plan. Once the job was scheduled and that date arrived, the install crew of Jaime Castillo, Joel Larios, and Cesar Zafra came and immediately went to work. Mr. Rudy Gonzale, Superintendant at the JES in Bristow, VA, came to our rescue when my husband and I called about a foundation water problem. Rudy showed up in a very timely manner. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way in which we could understand what was going on with the issue we were experiencing. Rudy listened to and understood our concerns and in a very professional manner he demonstrated empathy and assurance that everything will be alright. I contracted with JES to have my Foundation repaired a Sump Pump and a full basement Dehumidifier installed. The onsite foreman Mr. Jaime Castillo was timely with keeping to the set work schedule JES provided. The work crew, Mr. Noel Larios, Mr. Erik Morales and Mr. Antonio Canales show strong work ethic in preforming their duties. Mr. Castillo explained each step of the job in layman’s terms as they worked. I myself have the habit of asking the same questions repeatedly and the foreman Mr. Castillo would take his time and re-explain the task as they worked. Mr. Canales was also knowledgeable with helping me understand the Sump Pump drainage process.The clean up was excellent paying attention to every detail.
