Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress. JES Foundation Repair is best in customer service, knowledge – they know what they're doing and need to do and got the beam in my foundation replaced to my satisfaction with photos. Lee, the person I interacted with was excellent with service, inspection, quote and all around always called me back asap, worked on weekends, did everything he could to make this repair a 5 star experience. The crew, led by Seth, was polite, explained everything to me and got the job done. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve had JES do work in my crawl and the second time I am very pleased, particularly with the integrity of my project manager, Michael. The second project resulted in a unique situation that needed some alterations. I had concerns about how we would move forward and what the finished product would be. Michael and his second set of hands, Michael, came out, and completed the work in a manner that I have come to expect from JES. Michael represented JES with honesty, integrity, took ownership, and I believe a sincere example of a man of his word. I am grateful to have worked with him and grateful that the other Michael was willing partner.

JES sent Marcelo Flores to do the initial inspection and he helped me understand everything I needed to do to make the solution successful. Marcelo even responded to text messages when I had questions later. The installation was done only a few weeks later by Quintin Holthaus, Damien Files, Dante McKenzie, and Eric Townes. These gentlemen discovered that my footer was an unexpected size and they went above and beyond to adapt to this. They were also very positive and polite at all times. They worked well together as a team. I am very impressed with JES and highly recommend them to anyone!

JES encapsulated my crawl space (including a dehumidifier) and waterproofed one side of my house's foundation. The crew: Daniel Yacila, Alexander Falcon, and Pedro Llontop did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, accommodating, thorough, and very friendly. The quality of their work was excellent. I would be happy to do business with this crew in the future.
