Had an inspection for what we thought was foundation sinking. Ian Parnell was awesome, he walked us through all the possibilities and once he finished the inspection helped us identify the actual problem (even though it wasn't foundation) and recommended solutions. Didn't need foundation or crawl space work this time, but when we do we'll call JES.

Christian Distler-Caravetta helped us out with what we thought were foundational concerns in numerous spots within our house. He was very helpful with clarifying things and easing our concerns. Additionally, he gave us suggestions and things to look out for in the future. He gave us his personal contact information for any future concerns and if needed, assist us with a letter of clearance. We appreciate his knowledge, hospitality, and mostly honesty. Highly recommend.

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! Knocked it out in 2 days and kept the entire work area nice and clean! They walked through the completed work and were very efficient and professional. This house is 114 yrs old & needs proper work done. Too many have come in and done sloppy get by work through the yrs my grandma bought it 1974.
