4 star due to scheduling issues I had and having to call to get the work completed.Joe Crossfield/David Gaskins/Larry and crew were great.Joe was the sales guy that came out to quote us for the work. He was very polite and was honest about what needed to be done. He didn’t upsell us on any add ons and helped us save a little bit of money by offering alternatives for the encapsulation project.Larry and crew: they came and did the work and did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the work. Not sure if it was the day or the overwhelming work the crew had, but I felt like I was rushed when I asked questions and felt like an inconvenience when I did asked questions. So I didn’t appreciate that.David Gaskins: was polite and explained how to clean the dehumidifier and all that. Explained what the RH% should be in the crawlspace and showed me how to work the dehumidifier. I originally called because I wanted my encapsulated crawlspace to be at 40% RH but it wasn’t getting there. He explained to me that it is possible for the machine to get down that low but explained the issue that I may have with my foundation and wood beam. He was very honest and did not rush me when I was asking the questions.Cons:-After paying the deposit, I had to give the office a call to schedule my appointment. I would think that they would call me to schedule and get it on the books, but that did not happen.-the scheduler scheduled the encapsulation, but not the electricians subcontractor. You would think that they should schedule the electrician first before the work so that the work is totally complete once the crew comes. I ended up calling the office, getting the phone number to the electricians, and calling the electricians myself to get something scheduled since the office could only email the subcontractor to be put on the books.

My scheduled appointment with Cameron ******** from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I've noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the company's ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, won't be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). The process of measuring, analyzing, and making adjustments went smooth and quick. Cameron then sat back down with me to discuss his assessment of things and what was done. The appointment from the AFS company that is located out of Mobile, AL. was for my yearly inspection. This was the second interaction with AFS and each time, I have been very impressed and pleased. AFS does not disappoint and relying on them to correctly do the work on one of the most important jobs on a home, is why I love this company! This company is my "go to" for life, and so should it be for all that need this type of work done! Again, a big shout out to Cameron ******** for a job well done! Thank you!

I recently with JES Foundation Repairs to encapsulate my crawlspace, and I am thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team at JES Foundation Repairs demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Joey McCullough took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my crawlspace, explain the encapsulation process in detail, and answer all of my questions. I appreciated most about JES Foundation Repairs was their clear and consistent communication. I was kept informed throughout the project, from the work scheduling to the progress updates during the encapsulation. The quality of the work done by JES Foundation Repairs exceeded my expectations. CJ Pedroza was the A1 technician sent to replace my garbage disposal. He arrived on time, was pleasant and neatly dressed in uniform shirt and had a badge clearly identifying himself. He got to work immediately, had some issues removing the old disposal which he resolved quickly and completed the new customer furnished disposal in about 45 minutes. He vacuumed up and took away all the old unit and trash. I would give him 5 stars.
