We have been experiencing issues with the dehumidifer installed by JES. Mr. Andre Williams responded to our request to have the dehumidifier removed. He removed the existing dehumidifer this afternoon. Mr. Williams is professional, pleasant and courteous. He was a delight to work with.

Chris Phillips was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and completely saved us from getting flooded in the crawl. We didn’t realize an outlet where one of the pumps was plugged into, was inoperable.. he could have just left it that way and told us to get an electrician – but he went above and beyond to actually find a solution until we could get an electrician to fix it. Which minimizes the emergency for us. Now we can take a day to get it fixed without the concern of flooding. Thanks Chris!

Chris Phillips from JES came out yesterday to upgrade my sump pump to a unit with a battery backup that would pump even if the power was out. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job removing the old pump and installing the new and improved setup. Chris’s workmanship was top notch as he connected all the plumbing and electrical controls. He tested it all out and now I have the peace of mind that the crawl space will stay dry even if we lose power during a storm. I highly recommend Chris and JES for your foundation and crawlspace work.

Josh Clarke came out to provide us with a quote for poly fill, and he was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what options were available. What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. It’s clear that he cares about helping homeowners make informed decisions rather than simply making a sale. We really appreciated Josh’s honesty, professionalism, and the time he spent.

I contacted JES for a concrete driveway problem, the scheduler who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and competent, and a pleasure to talk with. She scheduled an inspection the next day. Chad Bishop, the JES Field Inspector, was on-time, friendly, a true expert who took the time to educate me on all aspects of my concrete issues and potential fixes. He too was a pleasure to meet and to deal with on my challenges. Highly recommend JES to others!

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H

Jes Foundation, I can truly say there worth the money. Everyone involved was courteous and professional with me. I am greatful with the extensive knowledge and professionalism from technician Corey who serviced my home. Corey caught a mistake and explained everything to me in great detail. Corey also took it upon himself to orchestrate and coordinate the new install date along with the city permit process. What could have turned out to be a nightmare did not due to Corey’s persistent. I really appreciate the sincere effort and I would recommend Jes Foundation to any homeowner needing foundation repair with a proven warranty system.

I am only giving Ground Works a 4 star review because of the Gentleman who did the job. Kidd Smith and the crew he was with did AMAZING work and were extremely helpful and respectful in every way!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing their work was. When it comes to the actual company itself they are very arrogant, never did I receive a call back when I needed to speak with them. I had contacted them 2x and NOT ONCE did they return my calls or even acknowledge that I had called. The supervisor “Dan,” was very arrogant on the phone when he accused me of trying to not pay!! Then a Kate called me not long after asking about payment and was not very nice and obviously can’t hear. I explained that when the job was finished I would then write out the check for the remaining balance and that paying over the phone through debit or credit card was not an option. This was explained from the beginning when I sat down and signed all the paperwork and contract. They are not very professional and they definitely don’t know how to communicate between themselves or with clients!!! Kidd Smith and crew Thank you for the AMAZING job done on my sidewalk!!!!

What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! Knocked it out in 2 days and kept the entire work area nice and clean! They walked through the completed work and were very efficient and professional. JES encapsulated my crawl space (including a dehumidifier) and waterproofed one side of my house's foundation. The crew: Daniel Yacila, Alexander Falcon, and Pedro Llontop did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, accommodating, thorough, and very friendly. The quality of their work was excellent. I would be happy to do business with this crew in the future. JES also elevated my front porch and sidewalk and that crew exhibited the same attributes.
