I had a nagging issue with my home that had been causing me a lot of worry, so I contacted JES Foundation Repair. They promptly sent out a technician, Mr. Palmer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mr.Palmer was extremely professional and took the time to conduct a thorough review and analysis of the problem. His insights were well thought out and logical, giving me a clear understanding of both the situation and the best course of action. Throughout the process, he was patient and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with the recommendations. His knowledge and expertise were evident, making me feel confident in the solutions he proposed. I would highly recommend JES Foundation Repair and specifically Mr. Palmer to anyone in need of foundation services.

I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.

Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

We just finished getting the underside of our house encapsulated by JES Foundation Repair. The whole process went flawless. I contacted them online and they sent Blaine Harvey to speak with us and give an estimate. We went with JES because we wanted a company who does this work for a living. Everything went smoothly. The communication level was awesome. Ibrahim and Jovone performed the work in below freezing weather. That's dedication. Their professionalism was top notch throughout. I would highly recommend JES with Blaine, Ibrahim and Jovone for any project. Thanks guys!!!
