We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job!!!!

Justin Wood's service and customer relationship approach should be set as the "Gold Standard" for customer service. In all these years of dealing with JES i have never come across service delivered so professionally, someticulously, so patiently, so caringly. He was respectful, he was knowledgeable, he was informative, he was efficient and he told us what he was doing and did it excellently. His professionalism was beyond amazing!! Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend

We had some differential settlement on our house’s foundation in the rear half. Our fix was 16 piers to stabilize. We also installed a water management system to get all of our down spout water away from the house. Jaime, Jose, Cesar did a great job and Jeanne B. Did a great job on the initial assessment. There was a bit of confusion on the job scheduling but that was overcome.

JES Foundation Repair is best in customer service, knowledge – they know what they're doing and need to do and got the beam in my foundation replaced to my satisfaction with photos. Lee, the person I interacted with was excellent with service, inspection, quote and all around always called me back asap, worked on weekends, did everything he could to make this repair a 5 star experience. The crew, led by Seth, was polite, explained everything to me and got the job done. Highly recommend.

We contacted JES to come out to give us an estimate for spray insulation in the crawl space to help with the cold floors in our home. Blake Snidow came out to meet with us. He went in the crawl space and did an inspection. He found we had several issues under there that he suggested we take care of first. Blake came back after reviewing and gave us several options to correct our issues. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately at this time being on a fixed income we are not going to fix the issues. When we can do it we will definitely call JES.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from A1 Plumbing’s service technician “Lee”. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a leak in my kitchen that was ruining several of the vinyl laminate floor planks. I needed to know where this leak was coming from. I had just replaced my refrigerator and dishwasher and had them professionally installed. He traced my water lines and found a slow leak in one of the water lines leading to an old kitchen heater. He explained to me what he could do to fix the problem and we scheduled a time for him to make the repairs. Repairs have been done and no more leak. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing.
