I would recommend JES Foundation Repair. Right from the start, I enjoyed working with Elizabeth in the planning of my project. She checked in throughout the entire process. Going in to the project, we knew it was a big project. However we ran into a few unforeseen difficulties, Dada, Cody and Pepe did a great job in communicating with me about the status of our project multiple times a day. While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am just so happy knowing my home is safe from the water that has been damaging my house.

Booked an estimate for some work in a crawl space at a home in WV. Rick Smith showed up but was unable to provide an estimate due to clearance within the crawl space. He was able to answer a few questions and provide some guidance on how to move forward. It was unfortunate that we were unable to obtain service from this company.

We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job!!!!

JES stabilized our house foundation which is in sandy soil close to tidal water. The supervisor, Moises Paz came to the house several times prior to the repair to ensure the engineer had a clear understanding of the problem. He stayed in touch every step of the process. The crew Foreman Jaime Castillo and his team Antonio Canales and Jason Morales were very professional. They put down sheeting to protect the lawns and were careful around the shrubs. Mr. Castillo explained everything he was doing and why. They cleaned up, added top soil and seeded. Very satisfied. We recommend JES and Mr. Paz for any foundation work in Maryland.

They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. Our foundation repair work was completed more quickly than expected. Rafael Garcia Lopez, Luis Rivera, and Luis David Palma did an excellent job cleaning after the job. Supervisor, Moises Paz, sent photos and updates throughout the process so we knew what was happening outside. We had a hard time finding a company to do this work and would definitely recommend them.

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

I had forman Charles and installers Hunter, Ricco, and Rock come out and encapsulate my crawl space today. The guys were prompt, professional, and very polite! I highly recommend their work (they need a drone to help with photos in tight crawlspaces like mine lol). This is a huge expensive project, but a heck of an investment. Dont hire your cousin to do this job (the previous owner of my house did this, my floors sag and i had mold on my joists), hire professionals, I highly recommend the JES crew. I will tell all my friends to go with JES if they have foundation issues. 10 out of 10! Thanks again guys!!!
