We contacted JES to come out to give us an estimate for spray insulation in the crawl space to help with the cold floors in our home. Blake Snidow came out to meet with us. He went in the crawl space and did an inspection. He found we had several issues under there that he suggested we take care of first. Blake came back after reviewing and gave us several options to correct our issues. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately at this time being on a fixed income we are not going to fix the issues. When we can do it we will definitely call JES.

We had some moderate foundation repair work done by Juan and Florencio and they did a great job. They were hard-working and courteous, and explained everything they were doing. My salesperson could have been better at returning my calls, but I'm not going to take a star off for that. Overall everything went great.

I’m really happy with the work and conduct of the JES team. I hired them to install 6 pilings to stabilize a garage I had built 4 years ago. They arrived on time, and sent me a text on both mornings when they arrived. The crew was led by Santos Cruz, who was pleasant to speak with and was knowledgeable about the work being done. He answered all of my questions before and during the process. His team consisted of David Allerdings, Lucas Batista, and Joseph Wooten. All of the guys were very tolerant of my two Dogs who occasionally were sniffing and barking around the job site. Even though several of the holes were 5+ feet deep, they did a great job keeping them close to the building in an attempt to not dig up more than needed. The finished job looked very good, and except for the loss of grass, looked almost untouched. Additionally they buried a downspout pipe that had been previously laid on top of the ground which was a nice touch to finish off the job.

We had a tremendous experience with JES Foundation Repair. The initial inspection and estimate was thoroughly explained and the appointment was made for the work. We needed to move our auxiliary generator so JES could do the work and JES worked seamlessly with us and our generator company. The scheduling went well. The crews called when they were on their way. They showed up on time and explained everything they were going to accomplish on each day. Before and after pictures were taken and progress was readily shared. Tiger and his crew were professional, polite, and a delight to work with. I wish I had the names of each individual to thank them personally, but they quietly went about their work with industry and effort.The crew took great care to leave as little mark as possible on the landscape. Boards were put down to keep ruts from forming while they ferried a tremendous number of bags of gravel and concrete from their truck to the crawlspace! The holes dug on the outside of the house were prepared with the soil on plastic tarps. When the soil was replaced after repair, the yard looked as if it had never been disturbed. The best part of all of this is that we can really tell the difference in the foundation. Doors open and close with little effort that had previously been very difficult to work. A crack in the drywall can now be patched and painted. The floors are secure. We are very happy with the service and work. Great Job!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

What a team of hard workers! Bruce C. sat with us for a couple hours to work up a plan and explain the process, Antoine G. and his team Gearld P., Troy G., and Kevin P. were amazing with the installation inside and out! I met with Jeff Doyle today about what I thought was an issue in our crawl space. He was able to quickly identify it was a non issue and put us at ease. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days and I really appreciated that he did not try and take advantage of me and my family. If anything else comes up they will be my first call. We have used JES Foundation Repair twice so far in select areas at the apartment community and will continue to use them in the future! We have received excellent customer service from Rob Tennyson. Rob was so helpful and thorough guiding us in the areas that needed attention. Fantastic and efficient alternative to pouring new concrete to fix trip hazards and back filling holes to deter rodents.
