Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

This company is 110% top notch. I highly recommend them. They got here in a short amount of time and fixed a clog in my main line. They were over $700.00 cheaper than one other “local” company I called to come out to one of my rental properties. John Lewis was not only a few hours earlier than anticipated (we were called ahead of time asking first if I was ok with him coming early, he didn’t just show up). He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They offer a membership program that he also explained to me that I will be joining. JES did wonderful work for our home. The team we had for the outside work was Agustin Morales, Eduardo Morales, and Jorge Duron. They were very professional in every aspect of the job. I was impressed how they took the time to lay plastic down in our flower beds to keep from disturbing the mulch. This seems small but means so much, especially since we just put it down recently. They let us know when they were arriving via text which was great. Agustin explained everything that was being done and did a walk around with us after the work was complete. He even took the excess dirt and filled some low lying areas in our back yard. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care you took of our home.

Jay came out to my house to conduct a free estimate to see if some of the cracks in my foundation were symptomatic of a larger problem, or were anything to worry about. He was very professional, took some measurements – including with a laser level – and looked around for any additional signs of a foundation issue. He took the time to explain things to me, and really helped me understand my foundation, terminology, and things to watch for! He helped to point out that I wasn't in any danger from the issues I saw, and gave me helpful advice on ways to make sure it stays that way! Would highly recommend JES to anyone (and would come back to them if I ever have any other issues), but especially would recommend to first time homeowners who have questions and want a straight up and honest answer on their issues!
