My Wife and I met Howard Glancy in May 0f 2024. We had inquired about JES doing Foundation Repair work on our home. He spent 4 hours talking and showing us the work which would need to be done. He was so thorough with his presentation and proposal that we knew JES Foundation Repair was the RIGHT organization for us. The foundation repair work commenced on October 21, 2024. The Foreman (Jaime still and his Team (Angel Molina and Erick Morales) were very efficient and professional. ?The Best? is not strong enough to describe them. The completed the work October 22, 2024. Mike came to carry out the annual inspection of our house to ensure no settlement had occurred since JES had fixed our foundation issues a few years ago. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I could see for myself how the laser showed perfect alignment still. He was very thorough and most personable. JES encapsulated my crawl space (including a dehumidifier) and waterproofed one side of my house's foundation. The crew: Daniel Yacila, Alexander Falcon, and Pedro Llontop did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, accommodating, thorough, and very friendly. The quality of their work was excellent. I would be happy to do business with this crew in the future. I posted a complaint about 4 months ago regarding an issue I was having with the system installed by JES a few years ago. I want to provide an update. The JES team of Rick, Matt, Dalton, Davonte, and especially JR, we're excellent in resolving the issue. They effectively evaluated the situation, took ownership of the problem, and quickly established a plan to remedy the situation. They were efficient in executing their plan and I am beyond satified with the end results. Everyone exemplified professionalism, were courteous, and respectful. JR's follow up was on point and I am so glad that he was spearheading the effort. Thank you JES. You definitely exceeded my expectations.

Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

They did awesome work at our house, and we just had the annual inspection done by Andre Williams and he was awesome. They were extremely good, their work was clean, proficient and they went above and beyond to answer any questions and accommodate the existing ducts and pipes, etc. They were also very friendly and polite and left our home in perfect condition.
