I had my slab lifted with push piers then filled with poly and this company came in a tad bit more expensive than some other companies however the quality and warranty made them worth the extra cost, which in my opinion is marginal, and their team was professional and explained everything so I knew what was going on during the process. I definitely recommend JES for your foundation repair needs. Huge thanks to the crew that did the repair for push piers it was Agustin G., Agustin L. and Eduardo L. Poly was Andrew F. and Steven S. Super professional they got in did their work and cleaned up great looks like no one was ever there.

We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.

JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

We had a tremendous experience with JES Foundation Repair. The initial inspection and estimate was thoroughly explained and the appointment was made for the work. We needed to move our auxiliary generator so JES could do the work and JES worked seamlessly with us and our generator company. The scheduling went well. The crews called when they were on their way. They showed up on time and explained everything they were going to accomplish on each day. Before and after pictures were taken and progress was readily shared. Tiger and his crew were professional, polite, and a delight to work with. I wish I had the names of each individual to thank them personally, but they quietly went about their work with industry and effort.The crew took great care to leave as little mark as possible on the landscape. Boards were put down to keep ruts from forming while they ferried a tremendous number of bags of gravel and concrete from their truck to the crawlspace! The holes dug on the outside of the house were prepared with the soil on plastic tarps. When the soil was replaced after repair, the yard looked as if it had never been disturbed. The best part of all of this is that we can really tell the difference in the foundation. Doors open and close with little effort that had previously been very difficult to work. A crack in the drywall can now be patched and painted. The floors are secure. We are very happy with the service and work. Great Job!

We have been struggling with ground water in our basement for years but assumed it would require excavation around the outside of our home which we really did not want to do as we have some very old shrubs. After a visit from Damon Trent, we were pleased to find out that the problem could be solved from inside our home. The crew of Thomas Reamer, Sam Leap, Ramon Goard and Jason Wall arrived on time, were very professional and polite. Of course it rained throughout the day and were wet, muddy and hot. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and did not leave until 9:00 p.m. We are very impressed with the level of competence and dedication by the entire team and recommend them highly. After needing to fix a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into the basement we did our due diligence and scouted several estimates. We opted for JES with Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes undertaking the task to complete the repairs. From the moment we met Rudy and Jose they were professional, attentive , and ensured I understood the work prior to starting any repairs. They explained each step of the multi step process and encouraged me to take pictures at each milestone. As the repairs came to a completion Rudy and Jose left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived and put professional touches on the freshly poured concrete. At the end, they again reviewed their work and sought questions. Their customer service was impeccable as they showcased their craftsmanship. Thank you Rudy Gonzalez and Jose Reyes.

To start, Our Sales representative Blaine Harvey was very professional. Did a complete inspection of the property. Made a few recommendations but really focused and addressed our concern/problem areas. This is greatly appreciated.Roberto and Jose Martinez, the installation crew were very polite and professional as well. Addressed all concerns and answered every question showing their expertise in the field. They were very clean throughout the installation. Under the house was left better than before. We had plastic underneath but needed to be removed in order for them to work. Did not expect them to re-line the ground upon completion but they used heavy duty plastic as a replacement. This is greatly appreciated. It is always the little things that make the difference in projects to homeowners. I would like to also mention Jo in the Richmond area office. Was very helpful in getting the information on the account up to date and taking the payment over the phone. Very well spoken and appreciate the small chit chat. She was a tremendous asset. JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

My original appointment was to be on a Friday at 2pm. JES texted me the Monday prior asking if I would like to change the appointment to Tuesday at 2, which was great. The inspector, Jay called early Tuesday to see if we could meet at 1130. Jay showed up on time and we immediately dug into the issue…a likely sunken corner foundation of my carport. Jay covered all the possible solutions, went thru the warranty, timing, cost, etc. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jay conducted himself in a pleasant and professional manor.
