It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

We had a major leak in our laundry room wall due to (what we would discover was) a broken washer drainpipe. A1 was very communicative and set up an appointment even while we were still fighting with our insurance. Dispatch kept us well informed on the day of our appointment. Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to quickly identify and fix our problem. And the cost with parts and labor was still less than half of what our insurance deductible would have been. Highly recommended.

Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress. JES was very professional from the initial inspection to the crew that installed my crawlspace encapsulation. Antione was my foreman, he was very clear and polite when communicating the schedule and what to expect. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently. They even went even the extra mile with a couple changes to the original plan. I am very happy with the results and definitely recommend JES and Antione for crawlspace repairs.

We called JES on a Thursday to come check out some hairline cracks we’d noticed in our foundation, just to be on the safe side. They called us back immediately and had a tech at our home the very next morning! Jeff Tyree was absolutely incredible! He inspected the house thoroughly, was honest, very professional and explained everything to us in a manner we could understand. While we ultimately didn’t have foundation issues, he helped us uncover a different plumbing related issue we did not know existed, which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars! We are so impressed with the honesty, integrity and thoroughness of this company, JES will certainly be our go to for future foundation and related issues. We highly recommend and will refer others to JES!

A lot of companies do good work, JES certainly does. That's not what earned this 5 star review though. When unforeseen issues came up on our job they stepped up and got it done right! They've earned my trust and will be the first company I call if I ever need their services again, but not on my current property because they did such a great job they won't ever have to come back! Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.
