I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished. JES did a great job fixing our front porch. It had begun to settle and sloped towards the house, which allowed water to leak into our basement during heavy rains. JES lifted the front porch and adjoining sidewalk and filled in some significant voids with the poly foam. They finished it off with some nice sanded caulk that looks much better than what was there before. Time will tell if the problem has been fixed. Will update the review after the next storm to see if the basement stays dry. All the employees from JES were friendly and professional, communicated well what to expect, and cleaned up after themselves. Working with this company has been a great experience. A note to potential customers: there is a $1600 job minimum for them to come out. Our original problem probably would have been less than that, but they inspected the sidewalk and foundation to see what spots needed improvement that they could add to the job to get us up to the minimum amount. I called another company that does similar work and they had a similar job minimum amount. We feel this was money well spent to solve our leaking basement problem, and we would have had to spend a similar amount with another company anyway.

It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result.
