I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! Thanks guys!Mary B.

Yesterday we had JES come and fix my sidewalk where it had cracked. We were scheduled for 3-4pm. The field workers were down a guy and the jobs ahead of me took longer than planned. By the time TJ King and Carlos Silva got to my house it was already 7pm. I have to say I was amazed at their work ethic. They treated me like I was the first job of the day. They worked without a break and made my sidewalk look perfect. I did not hear one complaint come from either worker the whole time they were here. They left my house sometime after 11:30pm. The only complaint I would have would be with the home office communication (letting clients know that the field team will be late) and the Inspector not communicating how involved the job would be. I will def hire them again.

We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.

First and foremost, I NEVER write reviews; however, I found it necessary in this case because the two young men who came to perform the work were true professionals. Foreman Michael Kuffour and Co-foreman Alan Brown arrived on time! They professionally introduced themselves. I felt immediately at ease because once I directed them to the area that needed repair, they quickly communicated operation issues and recommended changes so that the work to be performed was accurately understood in layperson's terms. They utilized precision measuring instruments and fixtures to measure the dimensions of finished work pieces: downspouts and sump pump operations. They were extremely conscientious and ensured that work complied with all relevant codes, standards, and job specifications. They followed procedures to maintain the work environment neat and orderly. Mike, the Project Supervisor, arrived. Mike was knowledgeable and provided information on further work and any materials and equipment needed. He communicated ways to gain efficiencies and more effective installation methods in collaboration with us (the customer), which I greatly appreciated so that we could meet the goals and work towards a final resolution to our water problem. He inspected the Encapsulation work under the crawl space also. Once the meeting was over, I felt secure that the remainder of the result would be proficiently performed and up to code. I recommend JES to anyone, for they provide A-1 work. The guys that they sent were tens (10) in every sense. For this, I give them five stars ***** . Thank You

JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

Our 18 year old basement was filling with rain water more and more as time went on as much as 2 1/2 feet of water, so after seeing the Evergreen/JES commercials many time's we decided to give them a call, Our initial meet and greet was with Jack Hill, the appointment was at our convenience and Jack was exactly on time, seriously nice guy right from the start, we sat down and he explained everything in plan English, no fancy technical stuff like others would throw at you, we then went outside and looked around the foundation and then we went into the basement for him to take measurements, he took his time and I feel he did everything right, we then go back upstairs to discuss our options, he was not pushy trying to sell me what we didn't need, after the job there crew finished, which was an awesome job Jack followed up with me to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, It's been 1 1/2 years since the job was completed and Jack continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is still good, AND OUR BASEMENT CONTINUES TO STAY DRY AFTER ALL THE MAJOR FLOODING RAINS WE HAD THIS YEAR!!!!!

We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).

My house underwent foundation repair. Everyone in the process was professional. I want to especially acknowledge the team who performed most of the work on a daily basis: Jose Lopez, Daniel Yacila, and Jesus Baires. These three gentlemen knew the work. I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

They kept us informed every step of the way on their work. These guys went above and beyond to aid us in moving a few things that we were unable to move on our own. They worked quickly and effectively, to earn our business again.
