Corey Teubert took fantastic care with my crawl space pump. He found an issue with it that we didn't know was even there. He was quick, very professional, kept us in the loop when he was coming out, what the next steps were, and got it fixed the day after he came out and identified the problem. We just moved into a home that had driveway issues. Grounwirks came out and inspected a few weeks ago. James did a great job of explaining the process and showing us how it work. Today Colton and Andrew showed up to complete the job. We were amazed at the difference it made. We had multiple places that had dropped several inches. They took care of my drive, sidewalk and back patio. It really looks great and is no longer a safety hazard. Groundwork’s is a top notch company. Fast, efficient and on time as well as a great pice! If you choose Groundwork’s you have made a great choice.

Taylor Jeffries came out and gave me a quote for foundation work at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He offered me a payment plan option for the work that is affordable whenever I’m ready to move forward. I greatly appreciated JES did NOT charge me for an estimate it was free! (when I called BAY Crawl Space & Foundation they were going to charge me $500 just for an estimate because my home was built in 1920) Because of the information Taylor Jeffries from JES gave me I know my next steps moving forward and what to expect when getting the foundation on my home repaired, Thank you so much!

About five years ago JES took care of our crawl space and they have been making annual checks every year. This year Chris Phillips made the visit and he was very thorough and careful with the inspection. Then he checked the foundation around the house. He was a delight to work with and we signed on for another five years. I would recommend JES to anyone.

Paul came to my home to provide an estimate on insulation replacement. He called to inform me he was ahead of schedule and to get permission to arrive a little earlier. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and upfront. He provided a full inspection of my crawl space with a video showing exactly where the issues were with my insulation and mold. I felt he was very thorough and honest in his findings and I appreciate that even though the estimate was free, he did not try to force me to make an immediate purchase commitment.

We had a lovely free inspection with Chris Routten today. He was scheduled for 90 minutes to diagnose an issue with water leaking in our basement and we ended up taking 3 hours of his time! He was so thorough, finding some additional weak spots for us. He provided a solution to our current issue, as well as options we were interested to hear regarding some longer term fixes. The most relieving part is he was not super “salesy” – so I felt I could make the right decision for work to do now versus later. Highly recommend.
