Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

I was curious about the process of placing piers in the ground to stabilize my foundation and Christopher walked me through the whole process explaining the work they were doing and what to expect along the way. JES is just fantastic! I experienced water coming through my basement walls after two bad rainstorms last September; JES sales representative Adam Crall came later that month to generate a thorough estimate for waterproofing. JES was able to schedule the work for the three days before Thanksgiving. Foreman John Rector and crew members Darrin and Paibai were OUTSTANDING! They were very accommodating and understanding, patient with me who was very apprehensive about jackhammers in the basement (and about the dust potential!). They cleaned up thoroughly! Worth the expense! I recommend them without hesitation!

Chris from JES was great when he came out to look at our basement and help us try to diagnose and solve our problem. He was friendly, informative, thorough. He listened to what I had to say and considered my ideas, went all around the house looking into every nook and cranny, spent a good deal of time talking to me about what he felt was happening and what should be done about it and why. He showed me pictures, drew diagrams, answered all my questions… I was impressed!
