The crew that worked with us on our project was respectful, cordial, professional, and courteous. A big thank you to Steven Marshall, Deron Kelso, and Micheal Burrel for a job well done! They kept us informed every step of the way on their work. These guys went above and beyond to aid us in moving a few things that we were unable to move on our own. They worked quickly and effectively, to earn our business again.

I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair.

Jaime Castillo (foreman), and Antonio Canales were absolutely AMAZING! They stayed in communication with us throughout the process, and made sure that everything was up to par. I highly recommend this crew! They are courteous, kind, and cleaned up well after they finished. This team came in after a previous team made a hot mess the week prior. The concern they showed was amazing. Give this team a raise!

My experience with JES was very pleasant. The Foreman Desmond K., and crew James M., Eric T., and Shane C. showed professionalism at all time. They are courteous with some spunk to their work style. Bradley was on time and very friendly. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. He definitely went above and beyond!

Chris from JES was great when he came out to look at our basement and help us try to diagnose and solve our problem. He was friendly, informative, thorough. He listened to what I had to say and considered my ideas, went all around the house looking into every nook and cranny, spent a good deal of time talking to me about what he felt was happening and what should be done about it and why. He showed me pictures, drew diagrams, answered all my questions… I was impressed!

Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.
