The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. Plus, and I believe this is really important, they were really nice and friendly. Work hard, do a good job, be kind. They did all that. Thank you so much!

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

We had a lovely free inspection with Chris Routten today. He was scheduled for 90 minutes to diagnose an issue with water leaking in our basement and we ended up taking 3 hours of his time! He was so thorough, finding some additional weak spots for us. He provided a solution to our current issue, as well as options we were interested to hear regarding some longer term fixes. The most relieving part is he was not super “salesy” – so I felt I could make the right decision for work to do now versus later. Highly recommend.

Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.

In all these years of dealing with JES i have never come across service delivered so professionally, someticulously, so patiently, so caringly. We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).
