Omar was the JES representative who did our basement evaluation. He arrived exactly at the appointment time which I appreciated. He was thorough in his assessment of what was needed to resolve our humidity issues and gave us several options to remedy the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the benefits of each option. I recommend speaking with Omar if you have a choice.

Thank you God for connecting me with Mike at JES Foundation Repair. I came across this company’s ad randomly in a coupon book; said free estimate, so I thought why not and scheduled an appointment. I knew someone was coming out today to give me an estimate on restoring the foundation of my home, but Mike did so much more than that; he restored my hope. He was naturally authentic, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Most importantly, it wasn’t just about making a sale, he told the truth. He truly believes in this company, the services they offer and the people he is helping. I appreciate him and all the above more than he knows. His spirit is what the world needs more of. Their attention to detail and quality of work truly exceeded expectations. The job site was kept clean throughout the entire process, and all debris was completely removed before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. Very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Alan and Aldo to anyone needing crawlspace work completed. Five-star service all around!

Groundworks put a draining system in our basement to stop our basement from flooding. Issiah, Lamar, Clayton and Yani spent two days here. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean, and very efficient. My husband and I are in construction and would recommend them to anyone. It is hard to find good companies these days but we have no reservations recommending Groundworks.
