The guys from Tar Heel basement systems did a great job. They were outstanding, they didn’t waste no time, they kept on going and once they were finished, they had the job detail done to the T. Bradley was on time and very friendly. Even after we determined that the service I was looking for isn’t a service JES provides and I felt like I had wasted his time he remained professional and pleasant and assured me it was no trouble and he was happy to take a look around while he was here to see if there were any concerns that he could inform me about.Although I won’t be using this company for this project, I am pleased with experience and will definitely consider JES for future needs if they arise.(the service I was wanting: to have an egress window cut into the basement foundation)Update 12/7/22 – Bradley just called me and informed me that he found someone who may be able to help with the egress window. He definitely went above and beyond!

Our front walkway had separated and sunk down from the driveway edge due to years of settlement helped by water run off from some downspouts. JES Foundation Repair was the most responsive, professional, and customer service oriented of all the companies I reached out to for quotes. Mack came to inspect the job and was more thorough than I was. He took the time to explain the company and the procedure, while inviting any questions I had. Once the contract was signed and the job scheduled, Bryan and Chris came to do the concrete work. They also asked if we had any questions and let us know what we could expect as a result. They took care of the job in less than an hour. We're very happy with the entire process and the results!

This is the second time I’ve had JES do work in my crawl and the second time I am very pleased, particularly with the integrity of my project manager, Michael. The second project resulted in a unique situation that needed some alterations. I had concerns about how we would move forward and what the finished product would be. Michael and his second set of hands, Michael, came out, and completed the work in a manner that I have come to expect from JES. Michael represented JES with honesty, integrity, took ownership, and I believe a sincere example of a man of his word. I am grateful to have worked with him and grateful that the other Michael was willing partner.

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H
