He took the time to do a very thorough assessment of the issue, explaining everything clearly and honestly. Ajeet gave us straightforward advice and pointed us in the right direction for the best way to fix the problem — even though it turned out that foundation repair wasn’t exactly what we needed. Great follow up – the first lift didn't achieve the results I wanted. So Megan from JES contacted me and she had her staff perform a second lift. No more water pooling on our patio. She did a great job setting expectations and help get me the results I wanted.

I've now had JES complete two projects in my exposed crawlspace. Both times, they have added adjustable jacks on top of footers and either replaced a main beam or added a supplemental metal I Beam. I've been extremely impressed with their quality of work, timeliness, and efficiency. They show up ready to work and are sure to ask questions if needed. I spent time with both crews down in the crawl space and appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make things right.Foreman: Jaime CastilloAntonio CanalesJose Rafael GarciaThe only thing I was not pleased with was how little the office side of things kept in touch with me prior to pinning down this second date. I was told on multiple occasions I'd be receiving an update from the office and each time I had to call them. Again, overall I am very happy, hats off to the site workers and everyone I spoke to the in the office was very pleasant, I just wish they had provided more updates without being prompted. Would do business with again in the future.

We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).
