Chad Woodhouse came to do an annual inspection under my house today. He was great. He checked, tested and serviced all of the equipment (3 sump pumps, 2 dehumidifiers and several jacks). He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Chad and JES highly.

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. JES Foundation Repair had the lowest pricing and the fastest response time–and I consulted with several other waterproofing companies that said there's no way any company would do the job at that price! I hired JES Foundation to waterproof the exterior of my home and install a crawlspace dehumidifier. The crew of Henry A. Portillo, Jose Rubio, and Jose R. Garcia did a great job of digging down to my footers, putting membrane and drain tile, and then backfilling the exterior. We had some miscommunication about the scope of the work, but Rudy made sure to send another crew and get the work done exactly as I expected it. And then Rudy sent both a mason and a handyman to fix any damage that was done by the Bobcat. I'd highly recommend JES Foundation Repair.

Service Tech Brandon H cae for my yearly inspection of the wall braces and sump pump. Brandon was ever the orofessional as we reviewed my covered services and explained some other options for me to consider for the future. The braces were fine, the in checking the sump pump, we found it needed to be replaced. Brandon thoroughly explained the situation and replaced my sump pump in timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and engaging with him.

Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H
