JES has completed two separate jobs on my home. Recently, we had them encapsulate our crawl space due to excessive moisture and a budding mold problem. Rudy González expertly conducted an in depth inspection of the area and showed us all the existing and potential issues. He quickly arranged for a quick response team to do our job while the weather was dry. Osman, Alejandro and Roverto worked extremely hard to complete this project in one day. We now have an encapsulated crawl space that can now serve as additional storage. it is super dry and has a humidifier installed to maintain a dry environment. These guys work hard and our very easy to work with. Please note that "encapsulation" is a real "dirty job" but these guys are true professionals.

In all these years of dealing with JES i have never come across service delivered so professionally, someticulously, so patiently, so caringly. He was respectful, he was knowledgeable, he was informative, he was efficient and he told us what he was doing and did it excellently. His professionalism was beyond amazing!! Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.

We had JES repair one side of our sinking foundation years ago and they did a fantastic job. When we recently saw wall cracks on the opposite side of the house, we immediately called them. They are incredibly responsive and so trustworthy. Jay came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained that we had a door problem, not a foundation problem. He also confirmed that JES’s years old fix our our foundation is perfect. We are so relieved to have the piece of mind that JES provides and appreciated Jay’s professionalism, comprehensiveness, and the fact that he went above and beyond (he even did a temporary fix for my door!).

Our home had some foundation issues and JES provided a very thorough assessment and fair quote for the work. They took care of all of the prework requirements (permits, soil samples, etc.) and showed up on schedule to execute the placement of half a dozen push piers along one side of our home. The crew (Mr. E. Aguilara, Mr. A. Fernandez, and Mr. J. Diaz) provided outstanding customer service, took great care to avoid our irrigation lines during the excavation process, and kept our family informed every step of the way. Upon completion of the work, they left the site in great condition and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this team!
