Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress. Phillip was absolutely wonderful and very thorough. He took pictures of everything in our foundation and took the time to explain everything to us. He double checked our humidifier and drain line to make sure it was all working properly. I will definitely request Phillip to service our humidifier and to inspect the encapsulation from now on.

The entire JES team needs to be commended — Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza — the very fine crew — arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%!
