Colin Dozier came and did ny free quote and inspection showed me both my low end and high end options and I was impressed by his knowledge of the JES systems and the company. I let him know i was shopping and he didn't pressure me to move forward but continued to share all financing options which peaked my interest his time was very appreciated may move forward with this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff from JES Foundation Repair. I was worried about separation in my baseboards and door trims, but Jeff was incredibly thorough during his inspection. He took the time to take measurements and photos, ultimately putting my mind at ease by explaining that it was just natural settling for an 8-year-old home. He didn't try to oversell me or use fear tactics. It's rare to find that level of honesty–I'd recommend him to anyone!

We are long term clients of JES – Ashland. Recently, we met Zach during our annual check up. He was refreshingly comprehensive in his explanation on the condition of our crawl space. In a 90 year old home, things do continue to change and he recommended we adjust the current jack system to stabilize it with some alterations which would adjust and reinforce the aged construction. Additionally we upgraded the dehumidification system. Zach was knowledgeable and efficient. We also would like to commend his supervisor, “J.B.” , who helped coordinate the job and the installation crew. The workers were polite and efficient. We are very pleased with the results. I still don’t know how they could negotiate working in a VERY low crawl space! Thanks expediting the installation by moving the date for us when the permit arrived earlier than expected. Everyone we interacted with made us glad we stayed with JES. You make us feel like “family”.
