I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

Abdul was very responsive and professional from the start. He arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I never felt pressured into making a purchase — instead, I felt like he genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to provide the best solution for my situation. He took his time answering all of my questions and explaining each recommendation thoroughly. I was initially skeptical about one of the suggested services, but after speaking with him and hearing his knowledge and expertise, I’m confident moving forward. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, but I’ll definitely be recommending Abdul to anyone I know.

JES Foundation Repair is best in customer service, knowledge – they know what they're doing and need to do and got the beam in my foundation replaced to my satisfaction with photos. Lee, the person I interacted with was excellent with service, inspection, quote and all around always called me back asap, worked on weekends, did everything he could to make this repair a 5 star experience. The crew, led by Seth, was polite, explained everything to me and got the job done. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful crew they sent Marty and a younger guy worked for 3 hours in the heat pumping foam nonstop. I dont know what kind of void was under there but they had to come back on another day. The second time worked they filled in some cracks to the slab being lifted which is normal. I feel bad I didnt get the young guys name but I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done right.

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

The JES Team was fantastic! They accomplished encapsulation of 2 crawl spaces and installed a sump pump in the basement. Brian S.managed a great crew with Gio O.and David B. And added Cameron and Truman for a couple days. Brian showed me and explained what they accomplished each step of the way! They worked meticulously and cleaned up each day! They were informative, trustworthy, careful, and very pleasant to deal with! Jerry W, the electrician was great, too! We were very pleased to have JES accomplish this priority job for our home.

Had not heard of concrete lifting until late last year. Have had settled concrete slabs on our sidewalk along with a settling slab on the walkway to our front door. These were both an eyesore and a hazard (my husband tripped and had a hard fall). Celeste came to the house and proposed a course of action. She explained things and stayed until our questions were answered. We are very happy with the results. When the sidewalk slabs could not be sufficiently lifted because of underlying roots, they replaced the slabs with new concrete at no extra charge! The employees are all very friendly, courteous and responsive.

Justin Wood's service and customer relationship approach should be set as the "Gold Standard" for customer service. In all these years of dealing with JES i have never come across service delivered so professionally, someticulously, so patiently, so caringly.
