Awesome crew! Paul Watkins, Yasser Garcia and Thomas Jackson came to my home to waterproof my crawlspace and install a sump pump. The process was explained in detail and was completed on time. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!

We had a lovely free inspection with Chris Routten today. He was scheduled for 90 minutes to diagnose an issue with water leaking in our basement and we ended up taking 3 hours of his time! He was so thorough, finding some additional weak spots for us. He provided a solution to our current issue, as well as options we were interested to hear regarding some longer term fixes. The most relieving part is he was not super “salesy” – so I felt I could make the right decision for work to do now versus later. Highly recommend.

We had our seasonal inspection done by JES today. Andre McDuffie was my service technician and he was excellent! He identified the concerns we had and did his best to correct. He made it very understandable as to why we were having the concerns we do. He will be putting a proposal and price together for the work that needs to be done after discussing it with his manager. Andre is a true credit & and strong asset to JES.

I contacted JES for a concrete driveway problem, the scheduler who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and competent, and a pleasure to talk with. She scheduled an inspection the next day. Chad Bishop, the JES Field Inspector, was on-time, friendly, a true expert who took the time to educate me on all aspects of my concrete issues and potential fixes.
