I called JES to look at my basement to make sure i didn’t have any water coming in our laundry room and crawl space, the technicians name was Chad Anderson and he was the best. He took his time and really explained everything he was doing and gave me options. Eventhough we decided not to use JES at this time, if i ever need help i will definitely use them because of Chad.

From the moment we met her, it was clear she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us make an informed decision. Foundation concerns can be stressful when buying a home, but Jeanne took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain her findings clearly, and answer every question we had with patience and honesty. She has a way of making complex structural concerns easy to understand, which gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful time. What really stood out was her attention to detail and integrity. We live in a newer home and our pest control service noticed the crawl space had high humidity. To protect our investment, we decide to encapsulate the crawl space. Christian Distler-Caravetta at JES inspected the crawl and provided a couple options. Upon purchase Christian had the job completed the following week, and in one day. Christian and the team were top notch, exceptional service! Since encapsulating we have noticed the indoor humidity and temperature are significantly less variable and our hardwoods are now unaffected by outdoor humidity changes. Many thanks to Christian! We are very grateful and highly recommend his service.

We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.
