JES Foundation Repair employees Freddy ********* Walter ******** and Ever ******* did and excellent job on my crawl space encapsulation. All three were very courteous and provided me with continuous updates on the work they were doing. We are in the 19 month of an expected 3 month addition build and kitchen remodel. During the process major errors were made in our foundation for the addition that led to flooding and our new addition crawl space not even being able to pass inspection.Brian at JES came in and helped us understand everything that had gone wrong with the original foundation work by our contractor and then helped us create a plan with him and JES to fix everything and get it right.Brian came by the house regularly, checked on our needs, helped us with financing, and helped us prep for the work.Then Paul and team came in and in 2 days totally transformed but was called “the mud room” (our addition crawl space) to a place that could pass foundation inspections and was clean and usable storage space.I cannot say in words how grateful I am for JES and team. Not only did they do the work with excellence … they cared and excelled in listening to us and working with us to rectify a really challenging situation.Thank you JES !

JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

We had a lot of hills we had to climb and plans to change but the JES team did it. They started the project, ran into some issues, and had to rewrite the plans. I made a few calls and management came out and the project was back on. Joseph “Joe” Palotas, Certified Field Inspector, and Nick Feaster, Sales Manager, did an amazing job of making sure we could continue the repairs when we hit a wall. Neither Joe nor Nick are scared to get their hands dirty. Nick even came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and put on his boot and went to work helping. The crew, Michael Burrell, Steve Marshall, and Nick Feaster are very nice, polite young men. They did an excellent job getting everything done in an acceptable time manner. When the project was complete they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Very happy with the service JES provided.

Rick Smith provided a very thorough inspection of a foundation/moisture issue which has been plaguing one of the rooms in our home. Rick spent a total of four hours meticulously examining all aspects of what could possibly be causing the problem. He carefully explained his findings in a way that was comprehensible for individuals who worked outside of the construction industry. Ultimately, he determined that the issue was unrelated specifically to our foundation and provided tips on how to deal with our problem area, despite the fact that this would mean that JES would not be receiving our business. We really appreciated his time, attention, and honesty in finding a solution to our problem, rather than just pushing a product. Rick demonstrated patience and obvious expertise. For future issues that appear to have a foundation nexus, we will return to JES because of our amazing experience with Rick.
