I was extremely pleased with the work that the men from JES foundation did. We had water seeping into our basement and they came and installed a french drain and also did some work with our gutters to extend them far out. Abdul W. found a root from a bush that was pushing against the wall and cut it off so it would not be an issue. He was very informative and educated me as the work was being done and pointed out problem areas they were going to fix along the way. The other men, Nilhon R. and Walter F. The men did a great job overall and cleaned up all of the mess afterward and I would highly recommend them.

He took the time to do a very thorough assessment of the issue, explaining everything clearly and honestly. Ajeet gave us straightforward advice and pointed us in the right direction for the best way to fix the problem — even though it turned out that foundation repair wasn’t exactly what we needed. My experience with JES was very pleasant. The Foreman Desmond K., and crew James M., Eric T., and Shane C. showed professionalism at all time. They are courteous with some spunk to their work style. They started the work on time, they clean up even while working and they completed the job in one. I am very happy I hired JES and blessed with an Angel crew.

The entire JES team needs to be commended — Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza — the very fine crew — arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything — they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff — Ally at the office — thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! This is the second time I’ve had JES do work in my crawl and the second time I am very pleased, particularly with the integrity of my project manager, Michael. The second project resulted in a unique situation that needed some alterations. I had concerns about how we would move forward and what the finished product would be. Michael and his second set of hands, Michael, came out, and completed the work in a manner that I have come to expect from JES. Michael represented JES with honesty, integrity, took ownership, and I believe a sincere example of a man of his word. I am grateful to have worked with him and grateful that the other Michael was willing partner.

Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

We had an enlightening experience from technician Johnnie Geronimo today. Through his thorough investigation, we were able to get answers to our questions and we signed up for the bulk project to get started right away. I would highly suggest Johnnie to anyone that needs help with complicated floor structural issues. This is an older 1960's home and past repairs were insufficient to todays standards. We are excited now to have the structural repairs addressed so that we can install the hardwood after JES has completed their project. Thank you again Johnnie. You are excellent at what you do! JES should be proud to have you represent their company!
