Troy, was an excellent first step into our journey with your company. He did an excellent job of assessing our needs and wants and was quick to provide paperwork and a contract. Luis, Eduardo and Jose C were the on-site crew and were nothing short of amazing. When unknow issues were found they were quick to talk to those in your office and provide multiple solution choices. Luis and his crew were prompt in their arrivals, wonderfully polite, task driven, detail oriented, always had time for our questions and concerns, very hard workers, efficient in their use of time and left the job site as tidy as possible each day. JES should be thrilled to have such a topnotch crew that represents the company so extraordinarily well. They are absolute gems in this modern day world of home repair High praise for your subcontractors as well. The pest control and brickmasons were top shelf and easy to work with. Had a problem with our hot water tank not producing hot water. Our technician, Mike H., was straight forward and gave us our options. He even said if we wanted to find other prices that they'd price match (from certified companies). We decided with getting a new tank and thankfully we did because it started leaking while they were working on it. They came Tuesday to do their initial inspection, then came Wednesday to install out new hot water tank! Very happy with the service and friendliness. He also kept shoe covers on and made sure to keep doors closed since we have pets. Highly recommend

We contacted JES to come out to give us an estimate for spray insulation in the crawl space to help with the cold floors in our home. Blake Snidow came out to meet with us. He went in the crawl space and did an inspection. He found we had several issues under there that he suggested we take care of first. Blake came back after reviewing and gave us several options to correct our issues. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately at this time being on a fixed income we are not going to fix the issues. When we can do it we will definitely call JES.

The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Freddy ********* Walter ********* and Jaime ***** who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn't received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!
