We just had JES do a pier lifting foundation repair. Our crew was Kaylen Ridley, Forman; Shane Campbell, Co-Forman; and Larry, Jr, installer. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered all of our questions and cleaned up the entire site completely. Thanks also to Justin Walton our Project Manager. JES just performed “PolyRenewal” concrete slab leveling around our pool deck. You can barely see the penetration holes and the slabs are completely level with no tripping hazards. The two technicians; Kavon C and Justin R were great and you could tell that they knew their craft. Great guys that were efficient, prompt and very engaging! We are completely pleased with the final results!

We called JES on a Thursday to come check out some hairline cracks we’d noticed in our foundation, just to be on the safe side. They called us back immediately and had a tech at our home the very next morning! Jeff Tyree was absolutely incredible! He inspected the house thoroughly, was honest, very professional and explained everything to us in a manner we could understand. While we ultimately didn’t have foundation issues, he helped us uncover a different plumbing related issue we did not know existed, which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars! We are so impressed with the honesty, integrity and thoroughness of this company, JES will certainly be our go to for future foundation and related issues. We highly recommend and will refer others to JES!

We just had our crawlspace encapsulation completed by JES, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From start to finish, it was the best all-around customer service you could ask for. Our inspector, Wylace Liggon, was fantastic and set the stage for a smooth project. The crew, Rafael Garcia Lopez, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza were a total powerhouse. The second they arrived on-site, they jumped straight to work and didn't stop. Their communication was easy and transparent, and I was so impressed by the amazing care they took with our property. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. A huge shoutout to our electrician, Justin Basile, as well, for his outstanding work and attention to detail. It is rare to find a team that works this seamlessly together. If you want a company that treats your home with respect and delivers top-tier results, I highly recommend this crew at JES!

The Groundworks crew out of Austin TX were great. We had major groundwater intrusion that no one could find or have a solution for. The field rep Elias Franco showed up on time assessed the problem and came up with a great solution. After his assessment the repairs were scheduled within a few days and the great crew of Pasi and Robert A. showed up early and were very professional and knowledgeable of the situation.
