Jes Foundation, I can truly say there worth the money. Everyone involved was courteous and professional with me. I am greatful with the extensive knowledge and professionalism from technician Corey who serviced my home. Corey caught a mistake and explained everything to me in great detail. Corey also took it upon himself to orchestrate and coordinate the new install date along with the city permit process. What could have turned out to be a nightmare did not due to Corey’s persistent. I really appreciate the sincere effort and I would recommend Jes Foundation to any homeowner needing foundation repair with a proven warranty system.

I am very pleased with the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the JES foundation team. Roberto, Keith, and Jose explained the encapsulation process to my complete satisfaction! They informed me of their arrival each day and promptly started work.They provided me with before and after pictures of the project so I could see the scope of work performed. They took time to answer my questions in the middle of their work and ensured my understanding. They did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area and left contact information for follow up concerns. To be honest, I have been having issues with JES since we moved into our house. I always felt like we were trying to be scared into buying a service. However, Ethan came out today and he was the first technician that made me feel like I was actually heard and did exactly what I wanted him to. Plus, he was seriously so happy and a big ball of sunshine! Ethan actually changed my perception about my past service calls with JES. If I had to recommend a technician from JES, it would definitely be Ethan!

This review is solely for the estimator that came to my home, Michael. He was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and kind. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and showed me photos of past projects. He followed up in a timely manner as I was going through several estimates and shared their price matching and other estimate details. In the end, I went with another company but his professionalism and thoughtfulness are a strong and bright reflection of JES and how they treat their employees and how their employees care about their company!
