The team of engineers that JES sent out to stabilize our foundation were extremely hard working, committed to customer satisfaction and very professional. These guys worked so hard to get the job done right and when we needed them back to make adjustments and add additional jacks, they were just amazing to work with. The guys who did the work were Henry Ayala Portillo, Diego Ayala, Adrian Santillan, and Gaston Ellis and they were all very polite, professional and hard-working. Thank you, Ryan Joyner for your commitment to us, we do appreciate all you and your team have done for us.

Rob was so helpful and thorough guiding us in the areas that needed attention. Fantastic and efficient alternative to pouring new concrete to fix trip hazards and back filling holes to deter rodents. Paul came to my home to provide an estimate on insulation replacement. He called to inform me he was ahead of schedule and to get permission to arrive a little earlier. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and upfront. He provided a full inspection of my crawl space with a video showing exactly where the issues were with my insulation and mold. I felt he was very thorough and honest in his findings and I appreciate that even though the estimate was free, he did not try to force me to make an immediate purchase commitment.

I had my crawl space encapsulated. We had a problem with moisture seeping through the cement blocks of the crawl space, which then allowed mold to grow. Freddy, Jesus, and Juan did a great job with the installation. They were efficient and the process only took a few hours. Justin the electrician was also really great. And Steven our salesman was very helpful and informative. The price was fair too. I would recommend JES Foundation if you need your crawl space encapsulated.
