I had 3 intelijacks installed in a day w/ minimal cleanup. They were friendly, efficient and knew how to do this based on engineering plans. Jesus Baires, Freddy & Walter Zavaleta know what they are doing so if they arrive, . . . . you are in good hands. They cleared up my misunderstanding and were very understanding. The cost of installing is a bit pricey but it will be done safely and at code. Get Gerald to do your estimate and engineering. He knows his stuff!

I am a very satisfied customer of JES. I contacted the company regarding concerns my husband I had concerning a few cracks in my wallboard, tape pulling away and spongy floors. My initial contact was with Kyle Clayton, Contractor Representative, we talked at length about what was needed to correct our concerns. He went under my home, took photos and shot level lines and I was told the house had a small amount of settlement that was causing my problems and to fix the spongy floors, I was told what was needed and explained how all would work. I agreed to the work, an appointment was set up that day as to when the work would start. I received an e-mail from the company telling me of the person that would be following my job and she would be my contact person for any questions and or complaints. I am happy to say I never had to contact her. I received a phone call reminder as to when the crew would show up to do the repairs and the crew called me that day that they were on their way and would arrive at the time agreed upon. I had 4 steel beams put in with 7 large steel jacks for support. The cracks are repaired to the point that when the wall patch work is done, it will stay repaired and I no longer have spongy floors. The floors are solid and strong feeling. So much better! I would like to thank JES and their crew that did the work under my home. They had a hard job and did it in a friendly, courteous, professional manner. Any question I had was answered on the spot and the Supervisor came to the job every day to be sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and to also answer any questions I had. I would like to thank the Field Superintendent Everado Copado and the crew, Roberto, Fausto and Carmilo for your hard work and leaving my home in better shape than before you arrived. Everything was left clean and tidy and I appreciate your help! Thank you!

A lot of companies do good work, JES certainly does. That's not what earned this 5 star review though. When unforeseen issues came up on our job they stepped up and got it done right! They've earned my trust and will be the first company I call if I ever need their services again, but not on my current property because they did such a great job they won't ever have to come back! Roberto, Eduardo,Suave and Dennison did a OUTSTANDING JOB on our crawl space. We are impressed the way they work together as team to removed all the debris out of the crawl space and get it prepare for installing the sub pump, black tubing and dehumidifier. The work they did as follow: Installed 2 inches insulation all around the foundation, dig trench around the perimeter for drainage and lay the black tubing and gravel on top , dig 2 holes 2ft deep for the sub pump, lay down white plastic bearers on top of the dirt , installed dehumidifier unit ,vent and crawl space new . Highly recommended Roberto, Eduardo, Suave, Denison to do your crawl space and there are “EXCELLENT TEAM “. Daniel, the electrical. He is a very thorough installing the wiring and vey dedicated to his job. Thank you for all of your hard work.. Thank you, Virgil and Emma

Josh Clarke came out to provide us with a quote for poly fill, and he was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood exactly what he was seeing and what options were available. What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. It’s clear that he cares about helping homeowners make informed decisions rather than simply making a sale. We really appreciated Josh’s honesty, professionalism, and the time he spent.

We just moved into a home that had driveway issues. Grounwirks came out and inspected a few weeks ago. James did a great job of explaining the process and showing us how it work. Today Colton and Andrew showed up to complete the job. We were amazed at the difference it made. We had multiple places that had dropped several inches. They took care of my drive, sidewalk and back patio. It really looks great and is no longer a safety hazard. Groundwork’s is a top notch company. Fast, efficient and on time as well as a great pice! If you choose Groundwork’s you have made a great choice.
