Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. The foundation of my home front porch and explained the importance of the stability of my home and the service call for my Sup pump system was thoroughly inspected and checked and everything is good. Andre is excellent at his job and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and improve the foundation of my home. Crew placed a French drain, new sump pump, water sealed foundation wall and replaced sump pump at rear of house in 2 days. Prompt, courteous and thorough answers to questions. Team included Derrick trask, Kean Smith, Ronnie west and Ron and even field supervisor Jason and sales rep Phil Dutton. Pre work construction marking coordination by office rep Charles. The entire team were very patient with me the homeowner throughout the process to explain the work being done.

Abdul was very responsive and professional from the start. He arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I never felt pressured into making a purchase — instead, I felt like he genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to provide the best solution for my situation. He took his time answering all of my questions and explaining each recommendation thoroughly. I was initially skeptical about one of the suggested services, but after speaking with him and hearing his knowledge and expertise, I’m confident moving forward. I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well, but I’ll definitely be recommending Abdul to anyone I know.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff from JES Foundation Repair. I was worried about separation in my baseboards and door trims, but Jeff was incredibly thorough during his inspection. He took the time to take measurements and photos, ultimately putting my mind at ease by explaining that it was just natural settling for an 8-year-old home. He didn't try to oversell me or use fear tactics. It’s rare to find that level of honesty—I’d recommend him to anyone!

Damon T came up with a convincing sales pitch, and we were impressed by the thoroughness of the plan. We ended up declining one small portion of Damon's original plan – after consultation with Tash and his team during the installation process. The company took the full price off our bill. The crew of Tash, Justin, Maurice, and Drew were highly professional in their 2-day stint at our house waterproofing the basement. Very pleased with how they answered our questions. The team had a disagreement with another part of the original sales plan, but their plan ended with a much better solution for our basement. The original plan had the bottom of our carpeted stairs to be torn up, but crew leader Tash had a much less destructive action plan. We are very impressed by the way they tunneled the drains from room to room with little or no extra destruction. The team also worked very hard both days, taking very few breaks and maximizing their time here.Our only suggestion would be for the original salesperson to have either face to face or telephone discussion with the work team leader prior to the team coming out. What is projected on paper may not always be the easiest plan to carry out. Tash made many good points that led to a better final product from our perspective.All in all, we were pleased with this company's product, from Damon's sales pitch to Tash's team's installation. Great guys all, friendly, professional, and very polite! Thanks for a great experience!
