John, Jessie and Ben did a superior job replacing the drain tiles and sump pump in my basement They also encapsulated my crawl space. John was the leader of the crew and delegated tasks to his team in a very effective manner. All three were among the hardest working men I have ever experienced at my house. I had water erosion beneath my driveway, causing the slabs to be uneven by as much as 2 inches. JES was able to raise the slabs and avoid a more costly replacement. The repair included a five year warranty!

My house underwent foundation repair. Everyone in the process was professional. I want to especially acknowledge the team who performed most of the work on a daily basis: Jose Lopez, Daniel Yacila, and Jesus Baires. These three gentlemen knew the work. They communicated the scope and promptly alerted me to issues. They left the work area in a clean and organized condition. Moises did a good job managing the crew. Grateful to work with these men.

JES performed a full encapsulation for me last year, and I was extremely happy with the entire process. Chris Jones came today for the first yearly inspection and he was so thorough. From the start, he explained the entire process to me, asked if I had any questions, took his time with the inspection, and then went over what he observed, with photos at the end. I appreciated everything he had to say, and he made me feel comfortable, comfortable that there had been no changes in the crawlspace, and everything was working as intended.

My scheduled appointment with Cameron ******** from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I've noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the company's ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, won't be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). The process of measuring, analyzing, and making adjustments went smooth and quick. Cameron then sat back down with me to discuss his assessment of things and what was done. The appointment from the AFS company that is located out of Mobile, AL. was for my yearly inspection. This was the second interaction with AFS and each time, I have been very impressed and pleased. AFS does not disappoint and relying on them to correctly do the work on one of the most important jobs on a home, is why I love this company! This company is my "go to" for life, and so should it be for all that need this type of work done! Again, a big shout out to Cameron ******** for a job well done! Thank you!

JES repaired 7 slabs of concrete around my swimming pool. The entire operation was professional and timely from estimating and project management to scheduling and work performance. I received a written estimate for the work with a comprehensive scope followed by a contractual agreement including payment terms. Once I accepted the job, the company scheduled the work and maintained communication with me regarding the work. The day of the repair their crew showed up to the site led by Seth. They were courteous and knowledgeable about this work. They got busy immediately with great results. The slabs were jacked into their proper positions and then structural foam was injected through the slabs to support them in their correct locations. Seth and his crew completed the job and cleaned up the work area as if they were never there. The slabs look perfect and we couldn't be happier. Thank you JES!!
