Within three days of calling, JES had Chad onsite to do a thorough inspection. Based on our introductory conversation, I could tell Chad was very knowledgeable and experienced. He spent nearly two hours inspecting my home to identify the cause of the issue I was experiencing. Upon completion, Chad informed me that he and JES could not help. They couldn't help because the problem was not with my basement or foundation walls. Rather he pointed out two downspouts and a grading issue under the down spouts that were caus of my issues. It is not very often I have run across a true professional like Chad who did not put profit over honesty. Because he was honest, I have likely kept thousands of dollars in my pockets and JES Foundation Repair has earned my respect, my honest review, and all future references I make for them to friends and family in the area with foundation issues. Thank you Chad and JES for your ethics, honesty, and promptness! – Dave H

I would like to commend the JES team(s) that repaired my foundation and flooring in Nov/Dec 2022. Conan B., Eric Z., Corey B., Cameron M. and David H. all worked extremely hard to repair my 1958 rancher and I am very pleased with the results.They were all genuinely determined to do their best work and I am completely satisfied with the result. It was great to see the teamwork and the rapport between the crew and the managers.I learned a lot from them about foundation repair and sagging wooden floors so that was a bonus! Joey McCullough took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my crawlspace, explain the encapsulation process in detail, and answer all of my questions. I appreciated most about JES Foundation Repairs was their clear and consistent communication. We had some differential settlement on our house’s foundation in the rear half. Our fix was 16 piers to stabilize. We also installed a water management system to get all of our down spout water away from the house. Jaime, Jose, Cesar did a great job and Jeanne B. Did a great job on the initial assessment.
