After considering a number of contractors for our foundation repair, we chose JES. The team included a number of qualified folks, and the onsite team of Jose Rodriquez, Victor Croz, and Nicolas Levano did a great job for the 2 day project. They were prompt, answered questions, and installed 16 steel brackets to reinforce our basement walls. Time will tell, and the job should result in stabilizing the foundation for a very long time. The company obviously has depth, and solid resources to call on when needed. JES has done an encapsulation of my crawlspace including a dehumidifier to control humidity. Chris Good did an excellent inspection and presentation of the work to be done. The job was done in a timely manner. The foreman, Zach, has excellent customer service skills and kept me informed of the job's progress to include a new crawlspace door. Both he and his team attacked this job with hard work on a very hot day and finished in one day instead of the original estimate of two days.

What a wonderful crew they sent Marty and a younger guy worked for 3 hours in the heat pumping foam nonstop. I dont know what kind of void was under there but they had to come back on another day. The second time worked they filled in some cracks to the slab being lifted which is normal. I feel bad I didnt get the young guys name but I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done right.
