Rick Smith provided a very thorough inspection of a foundation/moisture issue which has been plaguing one of the rooms in our home. Rick spent a total of four hours meticulously examining all aspects of what could possibly be causing the problem. He carefully explained his findings in a way that was comprehensible for individuals who worked outside of the construction industry. Ultimately, he determined that the issue was unrelated specifically to our foundation and provided tips on how to deal with our problem area, despite the fact that this would mean that JES would not be receiving our business. We really appreciated his time, attention, and honesty in finding a solution to our problem, rather than just pushing a product. Rick demonstrated patience and obvious expertise. For future issues that appear to have a foundation nexus, we will return to JES because of our amazing experience with Rick.

Our technician (Chris Phillips) has been excellent to work with. He came out for our annual inspection, took the time to address my questions and concerns, and came back a few days later to install a new dehumidifier due to an issue with the older one. Chris' attention to detail, courteous and patient manor, and knowledge of the business and systems is top notch! He has promptly returned texts and phone calls and offered to address any additional concerns as they may arise. His colleague Jacob Redman who assisted on the install was also very professional and knowledgeable. We've had great service and look forward to continue to work with Chris and the JES team!

I want to recognize Jeff Doyle for his kindness and professionalism. During his visit with me, he noticed that I had a tree to fall in my yard. Jeff went above and beyond by speaking to some landscapers in my area and helped me secure a great price for the cleanup. He didn't have to, but out of genuine concern, he took the initiative to assist me. I truly appreciate his efforts. It made a lasting impression. Phillip sets the standard for exemplary customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. His service work on equipment in my crawl space was five star! His understanding of the challenges a cracked beam presents allowed him to explain the repair process clear and concisely. I went with JES on encapsulating my crawl space and replacing almost half of the massive joists several years ago; I'm absolutely sticking with them on shoring up the beam. Yes, they are expensive; their quality work is worth every penny!
