Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. The foundation of my home front porch and explained the importance of the stability of my home and the service call for my Sup pump system was thoroughly inspected and checked and everything is good. Andre is excellent at his job and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and improve the foundation of my home. I greatly appreciate Andre for helping my family and I and look forward to having him to provide other services to our home. Thank you Karen Estes

She provided timely updates throughout the entire process, which really helped me stay informed and confident in the work being done. Her customer service was excellent. She was always professional, responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated that she clearly provided me with POC communication upon my request in efforts to connect me with a management team member. She was a pleasure to work with.

JES does quality work and stands behind their work. We had our crawl space encapsulated. Their product was definitely sturdier and of a higher quality than others. James is great to work with; he came back to make sure the crawl space was clean. I would recommend JES and James for foundation and crawl space work.

I contacted JES Foundation Repair to fix my sinking driveway and I was completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% finished, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like a new one again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair.

I found myself in the unfortunate situation to have a wall in my basement stabilized as it was gradually falling in. I had many options but chose JES Foundation Repair. What a fantastic choice! I received a phone call and a text message from the job foreman Joel Grade about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to start the work. Joel and his crew, to include Bryen Hailey and Karon Sherman arrived and were extremely professional from the jump. They explained the scope of the work, and made a conscious choice to minimize any impact to the rest of the house as they completed the job. The job took two days to complete and the guys walked me thru what was completed on each day, and were sure to make sure I had no concerns.
