I am very pleased with the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the JES foundation team. Roberto, Keith, and Jose explained the encapsulation process to my complete satisfaction! They informed me of their arrival each day and promptly started work.They provided me with before and after pictures of the project so I could see the scope of work performed. They took time to answer my questions in the middle of their work and ensured my understanding. They did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area and left contact information for follow up concerns. JES has earned my trust as a premiere contractor and business go-to because of the team's dedication, respectfulness, and performance of a job well done! Thank you!

Paul was very knowledgeable regarding the issue and thorough in his inspection which enabled us to move forward with contracting the work. My scheduled appointment with Cameron ******** from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I've noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the company's ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, won't be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). The process of measuring, analyzing, and making adjustments went smooth and quick. Cameron then sat back down with me to discuss his assessment of things and what was done. The appointment from the AFS company that is located out of Mobile, AL. was for my yearly inspection. This was the second interaction with AFS and each time, I have been very impressed and pleased. AFS does not disappoint and relying on them to correctly do the work on one of the most important jobs on a home, is why I love this company! This company is my "go to" for life, and so should it be for all that need this type of work done! Again, a big shout out to Cameron ******** for a job well done! Thank you!

Just completed my annual service inspection on my sump pump. JES does a great job of proactively notifying me when it's time for the next check. The technician who came out (Michael) was very professional, timely and helpful. This is the 3rd or 4th year since the remediation work was completed in my basement. Its an expensive project but well worth it for the peace of mind it brings. I would definitely recommend JES for their expertise and after-project support.

Hats off to the awesome crew that raised our foundation this week! They were professional, friendly, worked efficiently, and left my yard better than it was before they started. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but our foreman, Manuel Guzman, sorted things out and worked towards the best solution. His team, Jose Cruz, Mayro, and Ruben and him worked so hard. I was truly impressed with their skill and so thankful that this was the crew I got for this job!

Gaston and Santos really fixed a really tough situation due to some miscommunication with the office. Santos Cruz, Larry Robinson Sr, Tarik, Desean Pole and Joel Grade left our property in great shape. The other crew worked hard including Keilan and Shane. We had to iron out some issues, but the GM Ryan was gracious and responded to our feedback. Also, Aric Banks was the MVP providing a good estimate and working to communicate throughout the process.
