Fantastic job from start to finish. Brandon was very helpful in scoping the work required. Brandon and Roosevelt did an amazing job shoring up our house working in the very tight confines of our crawlspace. Provided regular information on progress and completed the work on time. James did amazing! Definitely recommend him and this company — only thing I didn’t love was that I had to pay for an hour and a half for him to go get a part ($325) and drive back to my house. It took him about 15 minutes tops to fix the drain and I wish it was more cost efficient. I had to send a picture beforehand and wish they would have brought the part the first time. But all in all would recommend James!!

JES was amazing, from start to finish. My estimator was thorough and professional, helping me understand what issues he had identified and how JES would work to remediate it, and helping me work through financing as well. Communication from the scheduling group and the work crews was clear and anticipated my needs; and the teams were on-time, communicating expected and actual arrival. The work crews were a delight to have here. In particular, Tyrone, John, Amir, Kevin, Jackie, and Shai were easy, fun, and kind with one another — all while working extremely hard to tunnel through the worse ice storm this area has seen in 15 years, in order to finish my job on time and precisely as described. They also dug me and my daughter out, when we were stuck in the snow bank on our way to school for the day. That is above and beyond! This is my second time working with JES, and I would hire them again. Highly recommended.

After considering a number of contractors for our foundation repair, we chose JES. The team included a number of qualified folks, and the onsite team of Jose Rodriquez, Victor Croz, and Nicolas Levano did a great job for the 2 day project. They were prompt, answered questions, and installed 16 steel brackets to reinforce our basement walls. Time will tell, and the job should result in stabilizing the foundation for a very long time. The company obviously has depth, and solid resources to call on when needed. Many thanks to the entire team including those I contracted with, spoke to on the phone, and quizzed on a number of topics for the job. John F.

Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.
