My field inspector Rick Smith drove 2 1/2 hours and then spent 3 hours with me fully inspecting my foundation and explaining every detail of the process and educating me along the way. I felt like he really cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me the most expensive product. Because I felt so comfortable with Rick, I feel confident that JES is going to go above and beyond in repairing my foundation and protecting my home.

We just had JES do a pier lifting foundation repair. Our crew was Kaylen Ridley, Forman; Shane Campbell, Co-Forman; and Larry, Jr, installer. They were so efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently answered all of our questions and cleaned up the entire site completely. Thanks also to Justin Walton our Project Manager. At the end of each day, there were photos and an explanation of the work that was done. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed by JES! Will recommend to my friends!

We have used JES Foundation Repair twice so far in select areas at the apartment community and will continue to use them in the future! We have received excellent customer service from Rob Tennyson. Rob was so helpful and thorough guiding us in the areas that needed attention. Fantastic and efficient alternative to pouring new concrete to fix trip hazards and back filling holes to deter rodents. Ethan was very professional as well as the entire team… from assessment to estimating and scheduling, the process was seamless and I was kept in-the-loop the entire time. I've been calling on A1 for many years for my plumbing needs and they have never failed to deliver quality workmanship. In this case, they were dealing with the gas water heater I had purchased and they had to modify the height of the stand due to height differences from old to new, which was done in short-order. Haul-away and cleanup was quick.
